The apartment was well equipped and a very peaceful and central location to rest after a big day in Rome. The apartment is close to restaurants, the metro and the Colosseum as you exit the door. Everything is within walking distance - perfect! nothing

She made sure we had everything we needed and she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The location is amazing, literally next to the Colosseo subway, with a wow factor as soon as you walk out to the daylight, super convenient to walk along the amazing Fori Imperiali area. The property is very clean and it comes with a nice little kitchen as a plus. The restroom is a little small, but still ok.

• Paul (10/5): Little gem in Rome - The apartment was very clean, It had all the little things you may need even a first aid kit. A bottle of wine on arrival, water in the fridge, Tea bags, coffee, washing up liquid, bread and some Nutella. Umbrellas , Aircon and heating for winter. On the first floor but there is a little lift if you need it, You can't hear other people at all in the other apartments. Great location but also very quiet inside, the bed was amazing and comfortable. Do not hesitate to book this apartment, you can't get any closer to the Colosseum. The metro is very close and so are the bus stops. Nothing, All was excellent.

The flat is a good size and is comfortable and clean- perfect for a couple. Not much. Could do with a few more bowls in the kitchen.

First floor, with lift, lovely decor, everything we needed. everything was great, Francesca was very responsive and met us at the door for early checkin, and even organised a taxi to the airport 🙏

Well appointed with everything you need. The host was very helpful and gave us directions for a couple of places we might have missed.
