Il proprietario è una delle persone più gentili e premurose che abbiamo mai conosciuto. • Jennifer (9/5): Ein ganz tolles Apartment mit tollen Vermietern - Die Lage des Apartments war super, die Stadt war fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Die Ausstattung war toll, sehr modern, schlicht eingerichtet und total sauber. Die Vermieter sind ein ganz liebes Ehepaar, dass sich regelmäßig bei uns gemeldet hat und uns sogar kleine Snacks vorbei gebracht hat. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Einzige was wir der Ausstattung ergänzen würden, wäre eine Waschmaschine, gerade wenn man einen längeren Aufenthalt plant. Aber das wäre nur ein Nice-to-have, auch ohne war es in Ordnung.

You can find nearby some restaurants and shops, but also bus stops is very close On the groundfloor we didn’t leave window open during being away of for night, so was kinda hot (didn’t want to use AC). Bin could be emptied in daily frequency

• MORVANA LARA (10/5): - Appartamento nuovissimo, pulito e dotato di ogni confort. A 150 MT dal centro e dalla fermata dello shuttle bus che porta dall'aeroporto di Larnaca a Ayia Napa. Alla stessa fermata passano gli autobus pubblici che portano alle famose spiagge. L'appuntamento pur essendo al centro si trova in una zona tranquilla. Proprietario disponibilissimo.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, pomocny we wszystkim, więc przez cały, tygodniowy pobyt czuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Apartament czysty, wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy, na miejscu świetnie działająca klimatyzacja, co tylko poprawiało nasz komfort. Bardzo polecamy!

The host was amazing, he was present there in case of problems and was very nice. He gave us cake, fruits, jelly, we never had to buy deserts when eating out. I can not recommend enough this accommodation. 11/10 We did not like the pillows much, but they were fine.

The host was incredibly helpful from start to finish, explaining everything I needed to know about the area and the facilities. As a lovely surprise, they even brought me a homemade cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture! The room was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the main square, beaches, and right by the vibrant clubbing area, so you’re never far from the action. It’s clear that the owners have put a lot of care into the property and really pay attention to every detail to make guests feel at home. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! You won’t regret it!

From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, the place was exceptionally clean, well organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. What really made the experience special was the host. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of his way to help us with anything we needed, no matter how small. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely kind and attentive. He was always available, quick to respond, and made sure we felt at home throughout our entire stay. Thanks to him, everything went smoothly and we felt completely relaxed and cared for. We’re very grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ayia Napa. Thank you again for everything, we hope to return someday!

Host was friendly and he pointed out all the good restaurants and places to visit for my short trip. Loved the fresh fruits provided from their local farm! You should stay on your next visit :)

• Sofia (10/5): Exceptional - Host was very friendly and answered to every question or needs. Room was clean and big. Big bonus in the rooms was air conditioning. Bar street was in 2min walk away and there was lot of mini markets near. Big recommend!
• Anna (10/5): Highly reccomend for 1-2 people to stay here as it was a perfect location 2 mins to strip and 10-15 to the beach. Grocer - Clean, great location property, has a seperate room for the kitchen/lounge, bedroom and bathroom which I loved. Help was on hand whenever needed and was lovely to stay here. No complaints other than how the key controls the electrical work, having to come back to a cool room (not freezing as aircon turns off) and chargers not charging whilst gone but this little issue is common within stays! Wouldn’t deter me from coming back again !!!!

Despite being close to everything, it felt like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle.

Was in the city center and in a walking distance from the main square, bars and restaurants. The facilities were luxurious and super clean. I really liked the mattress and the pillows. So Comfy :) The host was really friendly and he gave really good tips on where to go for dinner.
