• Jean-Luc (9/5): Très bon choix ! - Emplacement : comme dans un village au milieu de Shinjuku. Calme. Vrai. Proche de la gare. Il manque une bouilloire et un peu d'isolation sonore et thermique mais ca n'a pas créé de problème particulier car les règles de vie (respect calme pas de fête etc) étaient respectés par tous.

• Carlos (7/5): Confortable y relativamente cerca de la estación. - Ubicación y confort. Barrio residencial y tranquilo. Estación importante cerca andando. Fácil de llegar y encontrar. Konbinis y supermercados cerca. Camas cómodas y habitación espaciosa. Recomendable. Calidad de la imagen del proyector. Falta de calefacción en la zona del baño y cocina. Las paredes permiten que se escuchen a los otros huéspedes si son ruidosos como nos pasó a nosotros. Hay que subir escaleras.

• Sergio (10/5): Great stay, great place - Everything looks like the photos, the only thing is if you need to go somewhere else, you’ll need to walk 10-15 minutes to the nearest station. The neighborhood is very quiet, to be noted that not all the neighbors in the building are quiet, all the other apartments in the same building are for rent If you leave the hole of the sink not close or covered with something, you’ll find insects the other day.
• dempo (7/5): 期待どおり - 清掃が行き届いていました。利便性がいい。部屋がアロマのいい匂い。 古いアパートなので仕方がないですが、小さいゴキブリに会いました。隣か上階の足音が響き生活スタイルがぴったり合わないと少し気になる。
• niwa (4/5): 正直、恐怖心を感じながらの宿泊となりました。 - 安い所 壁に穴が空いていたり、風呂の洗面器が傾いていたりして、その辺りを請求されるか不安になり、直ぐに写真を撮りました。 また妻と会話していたら、声が大きかったのか（普通の会話ですが）隣の方が壁をドンとされて、不安や、恐怖感を感じました。安くてお得感はありましたか、改善されると利用しやすいと思います。

• Yee Mei (9/5): - In the heart of Tokyo, the biggest, the most modern city in the world. Slightly more expensive than a capsule hotel but you can enjoy in your own space. you have everything inside. you can even to cook light meals. I recommend it. The toilet can be very cold during winter.

• Hind (4/5): Good located but Filthy ! - The location and the space in the room The cockroaches were there, and the hotel manager was aware of it and asked the guest to deal with them themselves using the product they provided. Japan is so clean everywhere, so it's really frustrating to find yourself in such filth once you get back to your room (because the sheets, duvets, and pillows were also very dirty, plus the walls had stains on them). I was never really reassured; I was anxious the whole time, worried I might have an insect in my bag at the end of the trip!
• Jovelyn (10/5): Cozy and Clean Stay - This room is really suitable for two people, but the host was very easy to talk to and quickly accommodated us even though I informed them late that we would be three. The room is small, but it was clean, and the amenities were easy to use. The only downside is the location—it’s quite far from the restaurant area and the train station—but overall, it was still a good and comfortable stay.

• Iza (10/5): Great stay. Super clean, super location, easy accessible. Great value for your money. - It was very close to Shinjuku and the JR stations so that helped a lot. I really liked the location. The street was adorable. The apartment has everything you need so there was no problems. The only thing that was a little inconvinient was that it doesn’t have a washing machine for clothes. But we knew it wouldn’t have it, so it wasn’t really a big deal or anything.

• Liucija (9/5): A nice place to stay in Shinjuku - The apartment is cozy and spacious, there are all the main necessities you would need for your stay. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Neighbourhood is quiet, theres is elementary school across the street and convenience store in a short walk The nearest train or metro station is in 15-17 minutes walk, so it can be tiring to walk to it in summer heat

• Sheryl (8/5): Located off the beaten track, the property was a nice surprise--warm and comfortable, though small. - I think if I had read the email better, pick-up would have been much easier. I loved the decor--gray is my favorite neutral color. The space was very modern looking. The amenities were really nice--the size of the refrigerator/freezer was great, the microwave was perfect, water pressure in the shower and sinks was wonderful, plates and utensils for two people were very useful. We did not use the Amazon Firestick that was available. The toilet would be nicer with a bidet and a flush option. I think when the space hasn't been rented for a few weeks, it should be dusted before another client uses the property. Although the room appeared to be clean, the dust on the shelves and the kettle was visible. A hotel-type lock on the door would be a welcome addition for a little more security.
• Audria (8/5): Cozy getaway, near Shinjuku with train station access and walkable. - Tucked away in a neighborhood but 15 min walk into the heart of Shinjuku. Directly across from a school. Felt safe and offered a bit of quiet just outside of the bustle of the city. Amenities felt nearly brand new. Very small but par for the course in Japan. Host was very responsive. Beds were new and comfortable. When I walked in the room was at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit. I found the a/c unit and it did the trick. The front part of the space (kitchen & bathroom) stayed pretty warm but I was able to control the temp well enough in the heat wave in July. Host replied immediately when I was concerned. Note the property is on 2nd floor with stair access only. The walk from the train (depending on your direction) is very hilly and steep if you have a lot of luggage.
• Jose (8/5): Good stay - The stay was very relaxing, because the place is far from the city center, so you are in deep japan neighborhood. It was clean and had all the basic facilities and amenities. I overestimated the distance from the station to the stay. We followed google maps instructions and always got off at Okubo station, so at the end of the day, you still need to prepare for a medium walk back to the stay. Had a bit disturbance on the upper floor guest/resident, because was thumping very loud, but was just a minor issue during one of the nights.
• Juhani (9/5): Superb - The place was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable and there was a kitchen. Bathroom was quite cramped and it take around 15 min to the nearest metro stations. Other than that no complaints
• Eric (9/5): A near perfect residence - The place is very clean and provides almost everything you would need in a home, with a water boiler, microwave, hairdryer, utensils and even a projector which is pretty cool. It's also located in a very quiet spot of the neighborhood so the noise pollution is almost non existent and there is a vending machine right outside the building. The best part are the beds which come with 3 pillows and a quite hefty blanket which is extremely comfortable in my opinion. The toilet doesn't have a biddet, which is a basic standard in japan, and the blinds don't close completely.
