Emma (6/5): - Apartment in a great location, we recommend walking along the canal and visiting the local park, direct buses into Central London A lot of potential with the right management Communication from the team running the apartment could be improved In addition, there seemed to be a lack of communication with the cleaning team. It will be in the best interests of the owners and guests if cleaning team can be given enough time to prepare the apartments and the right conditions in which to work In addition, any rules of reservation should be clear and transparent on the Booking.com listing and not shared following payment only There is an issue with the electrics in the kitchen, if the oven is used, the electrics trip out

Wolfgang (6/5): - Die Wohnung ist gut erreichbar Bus in der Straße. Im Haus ein Supermarkt. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Wohnung ist nicht Rollstuhlgerecht. Badewanne, an der Toilette keine Aufstehhilfe. Schlafzimmer zu eng für einen Rollstuhl.

Anne (8/5): Excellent for a short stay - Great location for public transportation situated above a Tesco which was very convenient. Kitchen was very well equipped, we did some baking and had everything we needed, including measuring cups! Beds were comfortable including pull out couch. We had some minor issues on arrival, due to miscommunication on our end, the host Edward responded immediately and all was resolved. PowerPoint in bathroom would have been helpful and I’d also suggest an exhaust fan in there. House manual was a great idea, however instructions on using the intercom would have been helpful. One of the fobs didn’t work and there was only one key. It didn’t affect our stay but would be inconvenient for guests coming and going at different times.
