Guest Reviews
- Jason (7/5): Nice simple apartment in center of Rome - Great staff and easy check in. Hotel room is in a perfect location close to everything. It was a good clean spot to make home base while traveling in Rome. Front room towards Piazza was very loud on weekend night since it was right on the busy Piazza. Very few services available (taxi available at off hours, coffee in room, etc) and room was very basic and minimal. But fine if you're a seasoned traveler in Rome.

- Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, we liked the bustle of the restaurants in the evening and easy walking to the main sightseeing locations. Everything you need is very close by. The hosts were very helpful.
- Hotshot76 (9/5): Awesome location in the heart of Roma - Nice location, close to everything. The place was clean, the neighborhood was lovely. Easy to get around, easy to do grocery, if you want to cook yourself with local product. Their is a storage for the bags just close by. Easy communication with the host. Recommended Beware it can be noisy at night, but with earplug all is fine :) The kitchen is minimalist if you want to cook.
- Glynis (8/5): Easter week on the Campo dei Fiori - The location on Campo dei Fiori was great (for us). The Campo is always busy. It has a huge market during the day and a vibrant nightlife. In the evenings, there are street artists and live musicians creating a party atmosphere. It's very close to multiple restaurants, all of the old city sites, and the BEST Gelato in the city!
The beds were firm but comfortable, and having a washing machine for laundry was fantastic! The staff was great. Every request was handled promptly. Our room was on the 3rd or 4th floor, which made for great views, but the stone stairs were steep and uneven, making it difficult to drag up a month's worth of suitcases.LOL. The nightlife in the Campo can be loud until 2 am or later. It didn't bother us much, but it could be problematic if you have small children trying to sleep.
The layout of the apartment was unusual. The front room has been converted into a sleeping area, and you have to walk through the second sleeping area to get to the kitchenette or bathroom.A good amount of sleeping space, but Not a lot of privacy.
- Greg (10/5): Exceptional - Location was amazing
- Andrea (4/5): Dissappointing - Non Applicable This was a 8 floor walk up location. The apartment provided was not what was shown on the website the shower was clogged and the water would spill on to the floor. This was reported with not much difference. The keys got stuck in the lock with no response from host for 10 hours and we had to sleep with the door open. No working tv channels. One bed/cot was broken when we arrived and had to be replaced. All in all too many issues for a 4 day stay in Rome.
- Ramon (1/5): It was a complete fraud. - This place is a dump, nothing good. The host is falsely advertising a two bedroom apartment, but it's not even a one bedroom, one of the beds is located in the kitchen area. The host never responded to any questions, and they made me sign documents and took my personal information including my passport, i am afraid they are conducting fraudulent activities, but it will be investigated. There was construction being conducted staring at 5 am in the morning on the property, and the apartment was full of trash and not as advertised. Moreover, the host hacked into my bookings account and somehow attempted to give themself a good review. The host created different channel of communication to keep Booking.com out of the loop on what is really happening in this property.
- Corey (8/5): - It was an excellent area and a decent place but the market in front of it started very early in the morning and it was quite noisy. We also experienced two noisy mornings out of the three that construction Workers started working at 6 AM and woke us up.
- Jennifer (10/5): - Property was as shown. Comfortable beds. Small shower but clean. AC and fan worked to keep property cool in the heat. Right on piazza Campo di Fiore.
- Karla (8/5): Great location! - The property was clean and the air conditioner worked great! The location was also really good and close to good restaurants. There is a market during the day a the piaza. Good customer service, the replied promptly to our questions. The beds were not very comfortable but they were okay for two nights. The bathroom was small for 5 of us.
- Vangelis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linden (10/5): A perfect combination of a historical building with a modern touch right in the heart of Rome. Amazing!! - The location was next level so close to the main restaurant hub and 10-15 minute walk to the main attractions such as Spanish steps, Vatican etc. I didn’t think you could find an apartment so spacious in the middle of Rome. Even two teenage boys were impressed as they had their own space. A historical building with a modern touch. Very clean and well presented. We didn’t mind the stairs as this is a typical Rome experience but would not be recommended if you cannot walk up stairs. The main issue we had was choosing which restaurant to go to next.
- Kimberly (6/5): - The location is convenient , easy to access tour areas. The property doesn't look like the picture presenting. It is very old and not very clean. They just cosmetically painted over on the old furniture. The worst part is the smallest shower (2.5'x2.5') I have ever seen. The shower curtain was flying all directions and the water was leaking out to the floor when we took shower. We stayed 3 nights. Paid EUR60 cleaning fee but no one came to clean even once. Paid EUR $20 gas per night even we don't use at all. I am very sorry, I will not recommend this apartment to my families or friends.
- josinaldo (6/5): - I traveled with my family, I think the place is very good, very busy, very cool, the apartment is very clean and close to places
- Timofey (8/5): - Great location, quiet cozy apartment. Kitchen could have a little bit more utensils - cutting boards, couple more knifes, dishwashing supplies could have been helpful.
