• Sam (9/5): Excellent value that exceeded expectations - Very spacious, clean, private parking space, excellent host, and fantastic bathroom. The only negative was not the host’s issue. Some people in another flat in the building returned from the bars about 3am and partied pretty really hard until about 5 am which woke the family up.

• Nguyen (7/5): war ok - Die Unterkunft war sauber. Alle Zimmer waren sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Dass ich nicht selbstständig einchecken konnte, war ein großer Nachteil. Auf Anraten fuhr ich zuerst hinaus und warf den Schlüssel dann in den Briefkasten. Sobald der Schlüssel im Briefkasten war, konnte ich nicht mehr selbst heraus; ich musste einen Nachbarn bitten, mir zu öffnen. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Die Frau, die mir den Schlüssel gab, sprach kein Englisch, war aber sehr freundlich. Ursprünglich wollte ich um 15:00 Uhr einchecken, kam dann aber früher als erwartet an. Deshalb fragte ich, ob ich früher einchecken könnte. Obwohl mir dies erlaubt wurde (um 14:10 Uhr, wie mir gesagt wurde), musste ich trotzdem bis 15:30 Uhr warten. Selbst wenn ich um 15:00 Uhr eingecheckt hätte, hätte ich noch 50 Minuten warten müssen. Er entschuldigte sich zwar, aber es war kalt, und mit einem kleinen Kind über zwei Stunden draußen zu warten, war alles andere als angenehm.

В апартаментах действительно есть абсолютно все для жизни и приготовления пищи ( масло, специи любые, кофе, чай и тд) Так кроме этого в холодильнике нас ждала не только питьевая охлажденная вода, а кроме это го и соки детям и пиво взрослым ) Прекрасные апартаменты!
• Elena (9/5): Eine schöne Wohnung nit guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt - Genug Platz für alle, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür- ein Luxus in Mailand! Ich fand die vielen Schlüssel und verschiedene Türe zum rein- und rausgehen etwas kompliziert, dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts, so ist es im Haus geregelt

• Henriette (10/5): Kommer gerne igen :-) - Lys og rummelig lejlighed med to altaner. Lækkert badeværelse. Nemt at køre til fra motorvejen og nemt at komme med sporvognen ind til centrum. Det var perfekt til os! Eneste lille minus er det ekstra værelse. Det er fint til børn, men ikke lige så lækkert som det store soveværelse.

• Simone (9/5): Tutto bene, lo consiglio - Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è bello, nuovissimo e ben curato. Aria condizionata presente e tutto perfettamente funzionante. La seconda camera ha un letto che viene indicato come matrimoniale, ma in realtà è un singolo aperto. Il letto risulta un po’ piccolo e scomodo.

• Terry (10/5): Great Apartment, great location, great host. - It had everything and it wasn’t too far from the shops. Nothing. It was perfect.
• Eminalj (10/5): Great apartment, cosy stay - The apartment is wonderful, it has all the amenities, and it felt like I was living there since years. The host communication was great, we met then with Massimo for key handover and through bit of hand gestures we understood everything and received all information. I was also very happy to see that the parking was secure, this is a huge plus for me. This is only my personal opinion, I wish I had taken my own pillow, since the ones that are there a bit thin, but again this is only my opinion. Otherwise I can say the apartment is really cosy. Location is also great, just 10 minutes away from tram station, and the tram rides directly to Duomo. I highly recommend it.

The woman who met us at the apartment was very pleasant and informative; giving us info on local transport and restaurants. The building was the most secure I've seen and our car was safe.

• Victoria (10/5): Clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds! - We booked this apartment because it was just a few blocks from Bocconi, where a family member is studying. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is! We stayed there with our son. It was the only place during our multi-city Italy vacation where he had his own bedroom with a bed, instead of a pull-out sofa. We loved having large rooms, spacious closets, and 2 balconies! The host was very nice, and met us at the gate to explain how to get into the apartment, and where everything was kept. The apartment was well-stocked, including the fridge and the pantry! We enjoyed sampling Italian drinks and snacks that we hadn't had before! We appreciated having an instant espresso machine in the kitchen, which was stocked with multiple types of espresso pods. It was the perfect location for our primary purpose, but it was a bit of a commute to the tourist sites of Milan. We quickly figured out the tram and subway systems, which made travel across the city quick and easy. We felt very safe in the building, and on public transportation. If you want a responsive host, a clean and spacious apartment with good security, and amazingly comfortable beds, you can't go wrong with this place! The apartment and hosts were amazing! The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was the large key ring with multiple keys to get through the gates and doors. We loved having the security of so many locks, but we were not prepared to carry around such bulky keys. Just make sure you have a small crossbody bag or "fanny pack" because they won't fit in a pocket or tiny purse.

The host was very helpful and worked with us to hold our bags when we arrived 3.5 hours earlier than normal check in. He directed us to coffee and excellent food. Also within walking distance (1.6 miles) from the Duomo. Only that there was construction happening next door. Note- they start promptly at 7am and travel weary folks find that difficult. Once that project is complete- there will be no negatives.

• Dusko (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. Especially the cleanes of te apartment. Every facility was new snd in function. The hosts were very kind and helpfull. The metro station is not nearby.
• Agustinus (9/5): Spacious Apartment in Milan City Center - Very good location, only 5km from Milan city center / Duomo. This property comes with a free parking spot, great for travelers with rental cars. It also has a spacious living room with 2 bedrooms. The only downside during our stay was we couldn't use the washing machine for our laundry as the detergent tray was very dirty and moldy.
• Sedjro (10/5): the host is very nice guy, and will work with you to make your stay as pleasant as possible. will 100% stay there for my - it’s very clean, free parking, move in just with luggage and everything else is provided for cooking so no need to buy oil, salt, sugar etc. and you have a washing machine with all products available in the closet and in the kitchen you have the dishwasher and all plates and cooking utensils and the apartment is located in a secure environment within the building and as well for the car parking. and right across the property you have the best sushi restaurant to have lunch or dinner. it is very quiet neighborhood and quiet neighbors as well and as it was hot outside when you are in the apartment you have air conditioning in all rooms so it’s perfect and each room has a balcony so you can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony from all sides of the apartment.

The kitchen was perfect for the couple of days with plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, jam and butter. We had booked with 1 double bed and 2 single beds but there was only 1 single which pulled out to a double but the mattress was halved and not very comfortable.
