• Viktoria (9/5): Hübsches kleines Apartment im Herzen von Exarchia - Tolle Lage, ruhig aber zentral und in einer sehr ansprechenden Gegend! Netter Balkon, sehr gemütliches Bett und alles notwendige da! Check-in und Out war problemlos und ich würde wieder kommen! Eigentlich hat alles gepasst, für schweres Gepäck beachten, dass es keinen Lift gibt! (2. Stock)
• Adam (8/5): Nice apartment in the middle of Exarcheia - Nice apartment with all you need for a short stay in Athens. It has a comfortable bed and a small kitchen with most of the essentials. There's also a small balcony. The apartment is in the middle of Exarcheia and has lots of bars, cafes and places to eat nearby. It's also about a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro (Omonia). I met the property manager briefly and he seemed very friendly and responded promptly to my texts. The apartment is on an alleyway which was difficult to find at night. It's in a building called the Emerald House, which would have been useful to know beforehand. I arrived in the middle of the night and couldn't find the building at first (the alleyway is separated in two by a main road). The bathroom is very small, which means everything else gets wet when you have a shower. Also, I stayed in the apartment in late March, when it was still quite cold, and the only thing to heat the apartment is an air conditioning unit, which isn't ideal.
• Cengiz (6/5): Not worth for this price - Location is good. Very active area with plenty of bars and cafes. Monastraki is in 20 mins walking distance. Kitchen stuff are limited but ok. The flat is so small and cold. It never gets sunlight. Neighbor is so noisy in day and night. Bed was uncomfortable and was not enough clean. There is no elevator. Price should be lower.
• AnnaDM91 (8/5): - The owner changed me to apartment 2B because of technical issues in 2A. It was almost the same, just a little bit less bright. Clean studio apartment, comfortable bed, has most of the appliances you need for a few days stay. I liked the fridge and the kitchen, I cooked my meals easily. WiFi was working fine, I work from home and I didn’t have any problems with that. No elevator -that means I had to bring my large suitcase up two ramps of stairs. Apartment facing north so not as bright as I expected and a little bit humid (but ok when ac was on). Drying rack was stored outside in the balcony so it was very dirty. The tv has no signal and is not a smart tv, but you can connect your pc through a cable. It would be nice to have a kitchen towel. The bathroom gets wet when you shower.
• Ioannis (6/5): - Η περιοχή είναι πολύ καλή. Σε λίγα μέτρα υπάρχουν καταστήματα για φαγητό , mini market . Επίσης το metro ειναι σε απόσταση λίγων λεπτών . Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά ήσυχο. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρό . Στο ντουλάπι τροφήμων υπήρχε ενα ανοιχτό σακουλάκι πατατάκια απο τον προηγούμενο καθώς και χρησιμοποιημένες κάψουλες καφέ.
• Ioannis (6/5): - Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων υπάρχουν καταστήματα εστίασης και mini market. To metro είναι σε απόσταση λίγων λεπτών από το δωμάτιο. Τα σκεύη της κουζίνας δεν εφάρμοζαν στον τύπο της εστίας , με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να τα χρησιμοποιήσεις. Το wifi δεν έπιανε και υπήρχαν φθορές στο δωμάτιο.

Большое спасибо! - Замечательный район, тихое место, рядом много разных заведений, близко до центра, квартира милая, хоть и небольшая, есть балкон. Заселение удобное, разобраться было просто. В целом все отлично:) Квартира явно не 32кв.м. как было указано в описании на Букинге, а сильно меньше:) но в целом все хорошо и было бы совсем замечательно с добавлением двух вещей : 1) тапочки или ковер, т.к пол ледяной, 2) хороший острый кухонный нож:) (также девайсы часто выбрасывает из сети wifi)

• Tzevelekis (8/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, ήσυχο και είχε πολύ καλό εξοπλισμό.Οταν υπήρξαν κάποιο πρόβλημα με το κλιματιστικό λύθηκε αμεσα τηλεφωνικά με τον υπεύθυνο.

• Gail (9/5): Superb - This is a great studio apartment for one person. Cozy and equipped with everything needed for a week and more. It's well-located, the windows and sliding door blocked noise and bad weather (it was stormy), and it heated up quickly. The bed was comfy, there's a full-size fridge if you're doing a lot of cooking, and the washing machine was a huge plus. The bathroom had issues: the door needed realignment, the toilet lid and seat were loose, and the shower has one wall so water tends to go everywhere. Beware the oven: it blows the fuse!

• Daniel (8/5): 10/10 - Altogether a very positive experience. Large bottle of water in the fridge on arrival was a nice touch. Plenty of like new towels, perfectly presented bedding also. Surface of the street where the property is located is in poor condition. The stairs to the upper floor are steep and slippery. A bit awkward if you have heavy luggage or are not fit and agile! Also the lighting in the stairwell is off by the time you get past the first landing which makes it potentially dangerous. These are very nit picky points but safety should be a high priority and from what I saw it's only a matter of time before someone hurts themselves. The stairs have very shallow treads and have a lip across the nose of the tread. They also seemed to be made of marble or other similar polished stone. These can be very slippery unless wearing very grippy rubber outsold footwear.
• Dr (9/5): Modern, stylish and set in the pumping heart of Athens. - It is a brilliant location, in the interesting bar and restaurant area of Athens. There are fantastic places to eat, great bars and everything right at your doorstep. The apartment has absolutely everything is very secure, boasts a washing machine, and possibly the best bed and pillows I've ever slept on. Loved the blockout electronic blinds, and the full-size fridge. The great air conditioning. All of this for a great price, with a supportive host. I will return! All modern appliances and furnishings, very nice. Great accommodation at a price point isn't about having miles of room, and the one offset here is that whilst the apartment does have absolutely everything you would need, it has squished it all in.
