- Modessa (1/5): owner need to improve customer service experience. be responsive and address the concern accordingly - location is very accessible, staffs are accommodating. its near to all establishment that i need, price is good but not really good. good water supply and even comfort room has enough space owner didn't acknowledge my 1 day refund as i used the first day for half day and i did not use my last day of stay. curtains are not being changed, too much dust even on the fans.
