• Nic Myers-Raines (9/5): Cute and super clean studio right in the heart of the old town and perfectly located for a fab stay. - Great location in the old town which was well worth the visit. The city has a great atmosphere and this studio flat is right in the heart of it. Tasteful decor and super clean ans tidy. Communication with Julie was excellent and she was super helpful. This was a treat visit with my parents and we made us of the sofa bed as well which was perfectly fine for us for one night. Its brilliantly located for great choice of eateries and cafes and close to some of the main museums , cathedral and central market. A guest booklet would have been helpful but not a deal breaker. Be aware that the studio is on the 3rd floor and stair are steep so if mobility not great could be a slight but tiny issue

• Roberto Emilio (10/5): Contento con la elección - La ubicación es magnífica, a metros del Mercado, con bares, restaurantes, supermercados, bien conectada por Transporte Público. El departamento es muy cómodo, bien equipado y con detalles de muy buen gusto (las tazas son encantadoras). Se puede cocinar las cosas que uno compra en el Mercado y sentirse un chef local. Los anfitriones conectados y atentos a cualquier requerimiento. Muy contento de haber elegido este sitio. No es una crítica: Debe tenerse en cuenta que se ubica en una tercera planta y esto puede ser dificultoso para alguien con movilidad reducida.

• georgios (10/5): - Ένα πολύ ωραίο στούντιο ακριβώς στο κέντρο της Βαλένθια. Οι ιδιοκτήτες απαντούν αμέσως σε οτιδήποτε ζητήσετε. Σίγουρα όταν θα ξαναέρθω στην εκπληκτική πόλη της Βαλένθια θα είναι η πρώτη μου επιλογή για να μείνω.

• Marijke (10/5): Toplocatie. Echte aanrader. - Toplocatie. Kan niet beter. Echt mooi, zonnig, ruim appartement. Weliswaar op 3de verdieping zonder lift, maar als je dat weet, is dat okee. Geen last gehad van geluid van de stad. Fijne communicatie met Julie. Voldoende handdoeken. Fietsen gehuurd om de hoek. Ontbijt om de hoek. Als ik ooit terugkom naar Valencia, boek ik dit opnieuw. Niets. Een legplank voor producten in de badkamer zou handig zijn.
• Vanesa (9/5): Volvería - Estábamos muy céntrico y el alojamiento estaba genial. No nos dio tiempo a hacer uso de él porque fuimos solo a dormir y volvería a repetir. La dueña muy amable, nos dejó un detalle y nos facilito donde dejar las maletas. Nada.

• Regina (10/5): Szuper elhelyezkedés, otthonos, rendezett apartman - A szállás kb. 6-7 perc sétára található a Xátiva metrómegállótól, a központban, gyakorlatilag minden séta távolságra. Ebből kifolyólag nyilván zajosabb, mert Valencia él, az emberek vidámak, hangosak. 😊 Mi ezt tudtuk, így nem volt meglepetés. A lakás tiszta, rendezett, kényelmes. Kaptunk kedvezmény kupont egy közeli csomagmegőrzőhöz! Legalább 4 garantáltan gluténmentes étkezési lehetőseg van 2-700 méteren belül, nekünk ez is fontos volt! ❤️ Minden tetszett! ❤️ Arra figyeljetek, hogy az emeletre nagy bőröndökkel feljutni nehéz, szűk lépcső vezet fel. A telefon ne merüljön le és legyen mobilnet, mert csak így juthattok be a lakásba!
• Jan (10/5): Twijfel niet langer, gewoon boeken! - De ligging was geweldig. Super centraal maar toch rustig. Vanaf het kleine balkonnetje had je de gehele dag zon. De keuken was compleet en alles was aanwezig (vuilniszakken, toiletpapier, föhn, afwasmiddel, bestek, glazen etc). Het contact met de eigenaresse verliep heel soepel. Alleen het trappenhuis was wat smal met een grote koffer. Daarnaast gaat de deur automatisch open en dicht met een link naar een website. Op zich heel handig en perfect qua inbraakpreventie. Maar vooral bij de voordeur moet je wel goed checken of deze ook weer op het slot gaat.
• Maria (10/5): Repetiremos - Todo, en especial la comodidad de la cama, la perfecta ubicación, y la honradez de la mujer de la limpieza que se encontró con mi iPhone bajo del sofá, el cual se me cayó al salir de la vivienda sin que me diese cuenta y al que ya daba por perdido, e hizo que la dueña se pusiese en contacto conmigo antes de que nos fuésemos de Valencia. El tema de subir las maletas a un tercero por las escaleras tan estrechas es un poco incómodo, pero compensa con creces la ubicación, la atención de la dueña y del servicio.

La posizione è ottima vicinissima al centro della città e si possono raggiungere le attrazioni principali a piedi. Vicino all'appartamento ci sono anche molti ristoranti e bar dove poter mangiare ottimo cibo. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. L'host è molto carina e disponibile. Niente. Mi è piaciuto tutto!

• Manuela (6/5): - It is small and cozy. It was very clean. Location is very good. Balcony is just enough for a morning coffee. Kitchen perfect, bathroom also good. The couch is very bad, not ok for sleeping. I can say it is not for use anymore. Like you are sleeping in the big hole. So if you are 2 travellers the flat is perfect but if you are more than 2, find something else. The windows are like a paper, you can hear all from the street even from the mercado central.

Great communication from our host the day before and the day of our arrival via What’s App added a personal touch. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Valencia!! Nothing.

• Marta (8/5): - Me gusto la zona, estaba en el centro y tenia todo cerca, aceptaban a mis perritas sin problema, sin coste a parte, tenian todo lo necesario de utensilios de cocina y dejaron un detalle para nosotros, cama y sofa muy comodos y tenia aire acondicionado y wifi. Las ventanas eran dificiles de abrir y cerrar y en la ducha se salia un poco el agua y es un tercero sin ascensor.

Arredato bene, comodissimo, centralissimo a tutto, da quel momento in avanti non serve alcun mezzo privato, si può raggiungere molto a piedi oppure facilmente con i mezzi pubblici.

It is also well located for the - It was very clean and extremely well equipped with everything you need for a few days stay The noise level up to 2am in the morning from the street below was excessive. This of course is not the fault of the property but one needs to be aware before booking. This may well be the case for all residences in the old city. The entry was initially via digital key which didn’t work but this was sorted very quickly with a call to the owners and hard copy keys were in the apartment so this was no longer an issue.

• Martine (9/5): A stylish, cheerful and comfortable studio apartment in the heart of historic Valencia - A welcoming stylish space, thoughtfully furnished and decorated, close to the wonderful market. I would advise bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper - it's the price to pay for a central location.
