The big bay window fully opening into the garden give this great inside/outside living feeling with the pool directly attached to the garden. The bed was extra comfy. Very warm welcome from Zuzana who was constantly checking if i needed anything all the time of my stay. Nothing

IT IS FULL OF COCKROACHES INSIDE THE PROPERTY IN THE BEDROOMS AND LIVING AREA. THE TWIN BEDS ARE CABLE TIED TOGETHER AND LIKE BRICKS TO SLEEP ON COCKROACHES UNDER THE BEDS, THE AIR CON IN THE TWIN BEDROOM DOESNT WORK. THIS PROPERTY IS A DEATH TRAP AS IT IS AN L SHAPED PROPERTY WITH NO ESCAPE DOOR WHERE THE BEDROOM OR BATHROOM ARE AS ALL WINDOWS HAVE BARS ON THEM, THERE ARE ELECTRIC EXTENSION LEADS IN BOTH BATHROOMS TO WORK THE BOILER THST DORS NOT GIVE YOU ENOUGH HOT WATER TO EVEN SHOWER, THE EXTENSION LEADS ARE DANGLING DOWN NEAR A SINK. THE BATHROOM WINDOW IS ROUGHLY 15 INCHES BY 15 INCHES WITH BARS ON IT. THE KITCHEN IS EVEN SMALLER THAN PHOTOS SHOW IT IS ROUGHLY 5FT WIDE AND YOU CANNOT OPEN THE FRIDGE DOOR PROPERLY AS IT BANGS ON THE SIDE OF THE COOKER, THE COOKER OVEN DOOR ONLY OPENS BY ABOUT 10 INCHES AS THE OVEN DOOR CATCHES ON THE WASHING MACHINE SO IT MAKES IT DANFEROUS GETTING ANYTHIBG OUT OF THE OVEN, THE WASHING MACHINE DOES NOT GO BACK ANY FURTHER. THERE IS NO WORK SPACE IN THE KITCHEN, THE TAP AT THE KITCHEN SINK IT TOO HIGH ON THE WALL SO IT SPLASHES WATER EVERYWHERE WHICH IS DANGEROUS AS KETTLE AND MICROWAVE ARE NEXT TO IT, THE SINK PLUG DOESNT EVEN FIT. THE BATH TOWELS PROVIDED WERE SCRUFFY AND FULL OF BLEACH MARKS AND DIRT. RIPPED BED LINEN. THE SMALLER BATHROOM NEAR THE FRONT DOOR HAD COCKROACHES COMING UP OUT OF THE DRAINAGE NO SHOWER CURTAIN UP AND ANOTHER ELECTRICAL EXTENSION LEAD TO WORK THE BOILER. ELECTRIC WIRES DANGLING FROM WALLS AND IF THERE WAS A FIRE IN THE BEDROOMS YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE SLID9NG PATIO DOORS OR THE FRONT DOOR AS THERE IS NO OTHER ESCAPE ROUTE. THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON A VERY BUSY ROAD AND ON THE CORNER OF A VERY BUSY CAR PARK OF WHICH A CAMPERVAN WAS PARKED BEHIND THE PROPERTY AND OVER LOOKING THE PROPERTY. IT IS VERY NOISY AND NOT A QUIET LOCATION. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PROPERTY

- Citizendog (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect, close to the Maspalomas dunes, easily accessible, there are many shops, restaurants and clubs nearby, aside form a small parking spot within the property, there is a public parking available, the pool is really a cool feature (cool literally in February, but still fun ;), the garden is comfy and provides for full privacy, the place is quiet, there is a big smart TV and AC. Plus, there are two bathrooms. The staff was very communicative and helpful! The kitchen is very small and lacks a dishwasher and many other appliances. Still, it is usable and serves its role. The bathrooms are also small and have boilers, hence the hot water tends to end quickly ;)
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice accommodation with everything you need. Air conditioning, comfy bed, normal furniture to make u feel like home, kitchen with all appliances, even washing machine. Big private garden with furniture, pool shared with few other bungalows but never seen anybody else there. Everything was clean and tidy. Profesional staff. It gives you a lot of privacy. Not noise from street. I would recommend it.
- Curtis (9/5): Comfortable stay in Maspalomas - The house is in a great location in Maspalomas, near the playa and dunes and shops. Parking was easy on the street, but there is also a small parking spot in the house. The pool is shared, but we were the only ones to use it. It is an easy walk to Cita, which has all the food shops you will need. The house has a kitchen that has everything you need to cook and an enclosed yard. The beds were very comfortable. It was our first time in the Canary Islands and we enjoyed our stay.

- Wei (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, just 5 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely and super clean swimming pool. Cita shopping centre just 5 minutes away you can find supermarkets and decent restaurants. A dishwasher would be better.
- Martijn (10/5): A place place to base yourslef locally - Great location, nice and quiet, and to a high standard. Also private sun loungers Nothing - it was all great!
- Christine (4/5): Dissappointed - Private outdoor area and pool No Air conditioning, electrics were poor and insufficient, tripped twice, kitchen too small with no worktop to put anything down, portable air con unit supplied but hose had to be out the door so you couldn’t use at night, portables fans in bedrooms only moved the hot air around and if you could sleep in the heat the noise of the fan would stop that.
