• Alessandro (7/5): Nel complesso siamo stati bene vista la posizione centralissima e gli spazi. Purtroppo alcuni aspetti potrebbero essere - La posizione è molto bella ed è molto caratteristico l’appartamento col suo stile, è molto spazioso. Nel bagno c’era un buon necessaire. I cuscini puzzavano, la struttura aveva bisogno di qualche manutenzione (asse del water mezza rotta, ganci per gli asciugamani nel bagno piccolo rotti), pulizia generale un po scarsa, il sofà letto è quasi sfondato.

• Frauke (8/5): Sehr schöne Tage in der ewigen Stadt. - Die Lage war optimal für die Besichtigung des Centro Storico. Ruhig. Sehr sauber. Kleine Mängel: Einrichtung/Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Polstermöbel etwas muffig. Duschtür scließt nicht dicht. Fön ist vohanden, Stecker passt aber nicht in die Steckdose - Umstecker nicht vergessen! LED-Beleuchtung unter dem Bett flackerte ständig - habe diese ausgesteckt. Klimaanlage nur im Schlafzimmer oben, im unteren Schlafzimmer war es sehr warm. Sofabett im Wohnbereich verlor beim Daraufsetzen eine Lattenroststange und neigte dazu, zusammenzuklappen, wenn man es an der falschen Stelle belastete - zum Schlafen völlig ungeeignet. Küche: zu wenig Kochbesteck. Haustür ließ nicht nicht von innen verriegeln - seltsamer Mann im Treppenhaus fragte nach Türcode "um zu helfen". Alles aber nicht wirklich schlimm, grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ein etwas persönlicherer Kontakt zu den Vermietern wäre schön gewesen (das meiste über KI-gesteuertes WhatsApp, das öfter mal die gleiche Nachricht schickte, den wesentlichen Link für den Check-In aber erst auf Nachfragen usw.)

• Christa (7/5): - Es ist sehr negativ, dass man die Koffer nicht abgeben konnte. Man musste sich eine Kofferaufbewahrung für den Anreise- und Abreisetaf organisieren.

• GeniusTraveller1982 (6/5): An OK short stay in Rome - Owner was fast to respond. Good location to visit Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona. The rooms were very comfortable A/C only for 1 bedroom. Rest of the apartment was hot. Wifi was out most of the time. You may say there wasnt wifi service included. Washing machine not working. Nearest Metro 17minutes away. Made it hard to walk with luggage due to the rough rocky road.

• Anthony (8/5): Very good - The space was great. It was advertised with A/C, only problem was the A/C was only on the top level. The living area was boiling. The washing machine wasn’t working, after contacting the property they agreed to pay for our washing at a laundromat.

• Cristina (10/5): An excellent, comfortable, and perfectly located stay - I stayed at this apartment over the past few days and the experience couldn’t have been better. The apartment is excellent, with great facilities and very well equipped. The location is simply perfect – close to the main attractions, which made it easy to explore everything on foot. The beds are extremely comfortable, providing very restful nights. The daily cleaning service was a great bonus, always keeping the space spotless and welcoming. I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely choose it again on a future visit! The internet connection failure in the upstairs bedroom. Could be improved for an even better stay.
