• Cassandra (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Las Palmas. The place was amazing and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It was very clean, modern, bright, and well-equipped, which made me feel right at home. I especially loved the balcony. The location is also excellent, with the beach, groceries and everything else conveniently nearby. Check-in was smooth and easy, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!
• IvetaLM (10/5): - Perfect location just a short walk from the beach, with convenient transport links nearby. Shops are also close, making everything easily accessible. The apartment has a lovely balcony, which was a great bonus. Inside, it was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient place to stay.

• Dragos (10/5): - The apartment has self check-in, is 2 minutes away from the beach, has a grocery store right in front of the building and a mini market 3 minutes away. Everything is clean, kitchen fully equipped, big smart tv and comfy sofa.The host is very nice and responsive.There are even beach towels.In conclusion, the apartment is perfect for a holiday.
• Susan (10/5): Bright modern apartment close to the beach - Bright newly updated and modern we loved our stay. Very comfortable large bed and sofa. Short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants.
• Kristel (10/5): Väga heas korras korter väga heas asukohas - Suurepärases korras ja hästi varustatud korter! Täiuslikult puhas! Elutoas suured aknad ja väga valgusküllane, väga mugav suur diivan. Köögiosas olemas kõik vajalik ka pikemaks peatumiseks ja ise toidu valmistamiseks. Magamistoas lai mugav voodi ning palju kappe asjade paigutamiseks. Uued ja värsked rätikud ning voodipesu. Vannitoas pesumasin ja ka kuivati. Olemas olid ka minipakendites šampoonid, duššigeelid, seebid ja kehakreemid - nii mugav! Väga meeldiv üllatus oli majutaja poolt jäetud pudel joogivett ning maiustused! Maja ja ümbruskond oli öösiti vaikne. Kõik on väga lähedal - promenaad ja rand, poed, restoranid. Kontakt omanikuga oli väga meeldiv. Ei olnud midagi, mis oleks viibimise ajal häirinud. Olen väga tänulik! :) Ainus asi, millest ma puudust tundsin, oli see, et korterisse ega terrassile ei paistnud üldse päikest.
• Tamás (10/5): Nice apartment, highly recommended. - Nicely furnished apartment with everything you need for a week's stay. Super fast interent. Fully equipped kitchen. Cosy bed. Bathroom amenities like in a 4-star superior hotel. A bit of noise from the street during the day, but that dies off in the evening. A decent sleep is still guaranteed.

Il y a tout et même ce qu’il dans l.apparemment pour un bon séjour. La communication avec Adri était rapide et il nous a énormément aidé. Je conseille vivement ce logement.

Adri was an exceptional host—warm, generous and very attentive. I felt truly welcome and cared for. Nothing significant — overall a very positive stay.
• Neustätter (8/5): Einfach nur perfekt - Die Lage war sehr zentral und alles perfekt zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Küche war sehr gut augestattet als auch das Bad. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Für mich gibt es nichts auszusetzen an der Wohnung.

On sent tout le respect pour les voyageurs au travers des petites attentions que l’on découvre en ouvrant les tiroirs et les placards… Je me suis vraiment sentie en phase avec ce que je recherche quand je voyage : c’est propre, récemment rénové,sécurisé, très bien équipé et surtout très bien situé. Je voyage seule, avec les transports en commun . Ne pas pouvoir mettre une note supérieure à 10😉

• Ivan (10/5): Great place with lot of sun light - It has a lot of light. Living room has big windows. Apartment also has great location. Close to the beach. Everything is nearby. Inside the apartment there are anything you need for leaving. And staff was also helpful All good
• Robert (9/5): An excellent, well-maintained apartment. - An excellent apartment, very close to the beach and with good wifi. The place is well-maintained and has everything you need for a holiday or a longer stay. It has some good quality pans and a two ring hob to cook things if you want. There is a Mercadona supermarket about 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is quiet as it on the 6th floor and the bed was quite large. A really nice place. The only issue is that the boiler is quite small, I think, so there was not a lot of hot water when using the shower. I was a solo traveller so it was okay for me, but it might be an issue for two people, in the cooler months.

• Marina (10/5): choose these apartments! - We were in the apartment for a week in January. We had a family vacation with a child. The apartment is excellently newly renovated. It smells very fresh) New furniture, good appliances, there is a tumble dryer, and this is a very good solution. Lots of channels, 18 children's) Lots of good new dishes. Good frying pans. They leave enough detergent for washing and a dishwasher. Great balcony. The apartment is on the corner and there is a lot of light. There is a blender, juicer and toaster. Lots of beautiful IDENTICAL dishes. Quiet neighbors. There is also little noise from the street, because it is the 6th floor. I highly recommend it. there was also very fast internet.🛜 There are steps in the entrance, which makes it difficult to move if you have a stroller/bicycle
• Kristjan (10/5): Fantastic - Simply Amazing ! The apartment is located just few steps away from the beach. It is very new that you could still smell the paint and the wood. The bed was big and very comfortable. The host ( Adri ) is amazing and very responsive , talking care of everything. There are a lot of facilities around the place like grocery stores. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Las Palmas It took some time to find a parking nearby but this was a “general” problem overall in the city
• Vasko (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed the apartment! It is new and allows long-term stays. It offers a lot of equipment (washing machine and dryer, large wardrobes, fully equipped kitchen, large TV and internet...), quality furniture and an exceptional balcony for beautiful evenings. The location is superb, a block away from the beach which offers magical walks, sun and sea. The apartment is run by a friendly and beautiful family, who welcomed us perfectly and supported us all the time with everything we needed. Las Palmas is a charming place and all the good things made the holiday too short. We will return to Soy y Mar! /
