• MARIA TERESA (3/5): Muy decepcionante - La ubicación, en primera línea de playa Estaba realmente sucio (comida mordida y vasos sucias dentro del frigo). Pelos por todas partes, cojines y nórdincos sucios. Papelera del baño llena de papel sucio. Ventana del baño con mucho moho. Contratado para 4 pax (2 adultos y dos niños) y no había ni sábanas para la cama supletoria, ni almohadas, ni toallas. Ni toalla de mano para ningun huesped. Bastante ruido nocturno en la calle y algunos apartamentos. La anfitriona (que no es el teléfono de Booking) tarda en responder, no quiere llamadas porque no habla bien español. Sobre la sueciedad nos dijo que había sido un fallo del servicio de limpieza.

• Guest (8/5): Primera línea de playa, muy bonito y acogedor - Han mejorado las instalaciones con la ampliación del parking, cámaras de seguridad y bastantes hamacas gratuitas en la piscina. El apartamento muy bien reformado, limpio y espacioso. Me falto comunicación directa, vía telefónica. A una semana de emprender el viaje, no conseguí que me atendieran para hacer el check-in. Y cuando fuí a hospedarme, tuve problemas con la documentación, lo cual me impedía entrar en el apartamento y eso me creó desconfianza y estrés. Solo me pusieron toallas para dos huéspedes y éramos cuatro.

• Jo (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing break - The host welcomed us, showed us around the apartment and explained about available facilities. E.g pool opening times, bus services. He told us about the surrounding area e.g things to do places to go. There were also information leaflets/maps available (various languages.) He also contacted us during our stay to see if everything was OK and asked if we needed anything. This is not a dislike but maybe new (smaller) table and chairs on the balcony, to make a little more room.
