• Kym (10/5): Very clean as advertised and convenient for hospital visit - Well equipped and definitely very clean. It was well positioned a few minutes’ drive from Prince Charles Hospital for a very early morning surgery for my father - so perfect for us. Steep driveway from Maundrell Terrace was a little tricky to exit from, but we managed by turning around on the public grass area. Not a major issue.

• Anju (7/5): Could be better. - It’s on good location.let us checked in early. Expired food and almost finished sauce and mould soy sauce in fridge.Noisy bed, even the less movement made huge noise.Could not able to sleep both nights.
• Arun Kenneth (9/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy two-bedroom home — it felt very homely and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and the supermarket, and the house was furnished beautifully. It worked out so well for our family with two little boys and my wife during our short trip to Brisbane. The place was very clean, tidy, and easy to settle into. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and the parking was super convenient. The only small thing we noticed was that the shower box could use a little extra cleaning especially at the base of the door. Other than that, no complaints — everything else was wonderful.

• Linda (8/5): Lovely place but busy road - Comfortable bed and sofas. Good size kitchen and dining table. Finally when an accommodation say they provide toiletries there was plenty to last for our stay. This was much appreciated. We had stayed in a few places with a small soap and one shampoo/conditioner to last the stay. Nice that there was a few food items left for us to use and a huge carton of milk which was way too big for us. Great having a garage to lick the car in and secure electric gates. Bus route to town just across the road and right outside on the return journey. Would recommend using the buses as frequent and cheap. Town very busy. On a busy junction and you hear loud vehicles accelerating all times of the day and night. Was woken a few times with very loud vehicles racing up the road.

• Jo (6/5): Ok property that was overpriced and misleading - Location to family. On a very very busy road though The fact that we weren’t aware of being on the same property as owner. Only found this out after payment was taken. Very misleading. This in turn made us feel we were looked over the whole time with rules that resembled a facility you would go to after remand. The property wasn’t as clean as stated. Fans very dusty, as was bedroom furniture including bedside lamps. Some utensils in kitchen dirty. Rules were written in CAPITALS which came across as shouty and rude.

• Michelle (9/5): Good value for money. - This lovely home was very comfortable. Location, although on a very busy intersection was actually good. Across the road from supermarket and other shops and a short drive to The Prince Charles Hospital. Traffic noise.
• Idauhahine (10/5): Exceptional - Neat and tidy, well stocked kitchen too. Very thoughtful of them to have a few essentials available like milk, cereals etc available. It was a beautiful place to stay with shops and restaurants close by. Maybe the fact that you have to get out of the car to open the gate was a bit of an inconvenience but doesn't take anything away overall high rating I'm giving.

The extras was so thoughtful & made the stay very easy. - For our purpose which was to be close to our daughter's place - we loved the location. there is really nothing not to like or love about the place. Only had an issue with the vaccum cleaner which might need to be checked.

• Petronella (10/5): We were very happy with our stay. - It was very clean and close to the North West Hospital that I had to attend for some surgery. Was a lovely house. My Daughter travelled with me and said she would stay there again if in Brisbane next time. Very safe also.

• Aj (9/5): Comfortable private accommodation with good parking and handy nearby amenities. - Clean and private. Had milk, margarine and vegemite in the fridge when we arrived. Good supplies of crockery, cutlery and cooking pans in the kitchen. Plenty of cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper. Good heating (it was a cold snap). Large bedrooms and plenty of bedding. Living space had plenty of room for the three of us. Good amenities across the road including supermarket, chemist, coffee and a number of takeaway restaurants. Would have liked to have known about the 'no shoes inside' rule prior to arrival...this was challenging with my bad feet. More traffic noise than we expected at night. Driveway was VERY steep. At various points during our 4-day stay, tradesmen and visitors to the owners blocked the driveway, luckily there was good street parking around the corner until the driveway was cleared.

• David (10/5): Relaxed, quiet & perfect stopover. - Amazingly clean. Great facilities across the road. House was extremely quiet considering the major intersection we were on. Host was very pleasant. Driveway was a little steep but not really a problem

• Jessee (9/5): Superb - This accommodation fit our needs for our trip which was great to have. It is very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. It is situated close to many amenities and directly opposite some takeaways, petrol station, and supermarket.
