My (9/5): A comfortable stay with excellent service! - We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the service overall was excellent. We especially appreciated that we could request laundry service without any extra charge. There was also plenty of parking available, which made things very convenient. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was unexpectedly weak and unreliable. Aside from that, everything else was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

Diogo (8/5): Our stay was peaceful and comfortable, with excellent amenities and friendly service. - The hotel offered a peaceful and calm environment with a fantastic view over the city, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. Our room was spacious, modern, and designed with practicality in mind, featuring a Japanese toilet, a drying rope, and a convenient workspace, which all contributed to a restful stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always eager to help, enhancing our overall experience. We appreciated the access to free dinner and breakfast, as well as the bonus of free laundry facilities with both washing and drying machines. The hotel maintained extremely clean and well-kept interior and exterior spaces, including areas for working and socializing, adding to its appeal. The location, while calm, offered limited nearby dining options. Although the hotel had a gym, it was quite small and had a limited selection of machines. The complimentary dinner and breakfast, while appreciated, could have benefited from a bit more variety and improved quality. The internet was acceptable but could have been faster.
