Klaus und Susi sind Herzensmenschen und das spürt man in jedem Detail: vom Kontakt über die Ausstattung, das liebevolle Frühstück, ein fröhlich ungezwungener Abend im Pub: ein rundum-sorglos-verwöhn-Paket! Für uns die unangefochtene Nummer zwei in Solingen - nach unserem Sohn 😉 Nichts

• Ute (10/5): Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal da – und sicher auch nicht zum letzten Mal. - Es ist eine Inhaber geführte Unterkunft mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und renoviert. Die Gastgeber und das Personal sind äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

We stayed as family across two rooms and kids absolutely loved the charm (and amazing breakfast) of the place.

• E Gorgas (10/5): The best ! - This place was a dream! The owners are so welcoming and kind, they helped accommodate my child's allergies, and for that I'm eternally grateful. At night the pub is a lively scene, really fun to have a table to watch it all around us. My kids didn't want to leave. Only that our stay had to end. Really hoping to come back again
• Maria (10/5): Wonderful experience! - Wonderful place to stay, loved the set up, the tasteful decorations, the beds were very comfortable, everything was superclean, hosts very friendly and helpful with interesting stories to tell, breakfast superb in an out of the ordinary pub-style room, everything just wonderful! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely try and stay here. Ate dinner at the pub on a day when the menu was limited ( 4 different soups. I had hoped to eat Shepards Pie) and it all tasted good. No complaints at all. Only thing: if you have walking issues this may not be the place for you, as the stairs going up to your room are steep and narrow. For us, it was OK.

• Anthony (9/5): More Than Just Another Pub – The Cornish Arms Experience - The bar vibe is rustic and cosy, and the rooms are modern and stylish. Klaus and his wife have created an absolute gem in Germany, and the Cornish Arms really gives a British vibe. It is a pleasure to see such a homage to England instead of another Irish Pub! Breakfast was fabulous, though we missed out on the evening Cornish Pasties, much to our disappointment. The bar and restaurant are closed on Sundays and Mondays. I sincerely hope to visit again to sample the evening meal. There was nothing to dislike about the venue or the people running it.

• Otto (6/5): Stilvoll, in der Altstadt. - Unterkunft in alten Gemäuern. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Kaffee und Softdrinks sind im Kühlschrank. Kleines Zimmer mit spartanischer Ausstattung. Bett, Schrank Stuhl, kein TV, kein Schreibtisch, WC und Toilette im Keller.

Sehr gutes Essen und leckere Drinks. Guiness vom Fass. Überragend, die Gastfreundschaft von Klaus und seiner Frau. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. nichts

Der Wirt Klaus und sein Team waren unglaublich nett. Gleich nebenan war eine Kneipe im Stil eines englischen Pubs mit toller Stimmung. Man wähnte sich beinahe in England.
