Vicky (6/5): Disappointed with our stay - Property was within 5 minutes walk to the beach and was clean. 1. After check in at 3.30pm on a Friday, I tried to call Shaun (agent) about an issue and left a message for him to call me back. He didn't have the courtesy to get back to me at any time during our 3 nights stay. 2. Few days before our check in I requested for the trundle bed to be made up but this wasn't done. 3. Only the bare minimum basic supplies were provided - there was no cooking oil, pepper, coffee, no spare bin liners, only had one extra towel in each bathroom which either served as a hand towel or floor mat, each bathroom had one 30mL bottle of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, no hand soap in the kitchen... For the price we paid per night, definitely expected better than this. 4. Beds were too soft and not comfortable, woke up with back pain.

Not sure if it was an oversight, there were no tea towels. Also, would have preferred to be able give living area a final sweep, rather than pulling the vacuum out!
