• MARIBEL ASUNCION (1/5): Departamento desagradable - No me gusto nada era un departamento muy pequeño para 5 personas las sabanas sucias, piso desagradable ,baño con hongos ,la area de la cocina pequeña parece garaje de guardar cosas ,puertas dañadas ,sin internet ,tu primero pagas y luego te hacen un chantaje de q deves pagar una garantia de 200 euro o si no no te entregan llaves de ese cuarto desagrable . No me gusto nada es mas no hay aire te dan ventiladores ,las puertas y ventanas en mal estado ,los espaldares de la cama dan asco ,camas no comodas ,la cortina de la ducha toda sucia es un departamento desagradable
• Lucivania (1/5): I need my refund. - No, because the apartment isn't what appears in the photo; it's not suitable to stay in. I had to find another apartment in a hurry because it wasn't possible to stay with my family. I didn't like the apartment because there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom and spreading throughout the room. I tried to get in touch, but there's no one there, no one will receive you to hand over the key, leave it at a designated location.I was on the street with my family for 1 hour and 55 minutes. As soon as we went inside, we had to leave because the smell was unbearable in the apartment.
• GEORGIOS (7/5): Πολυ καλη - Μου αρεσε που πηρα τηλ αμεσως οταν φτασαμε γιατι ειχα θεμα με το check in και με εξυπηρέτησαν και λυθηκε το θεμα κατευθείαν
• Andrei (1/5): Don’t book this property - Upon arrival, we found the property to be in an unacceptable and uninhabitable condition. Due to the severity of the issues, we were unable to stay at the property and left immediately without spending the night. Most importantly, upon arrival (or upon being provided details), I found that the rooms were in a poor and unacceptable condition, significantly below what was advertised. The property did not match the description, images, or expected standard presented on your platform. The main issues identified included: * Smell of property - as we have walked in, there was a strong unplesant smell in the property * The floor was damaged - carpet/floormats were damaged, ripped off, you could easy get trapped if you were walked over * Bedrooms - marks on the wall, mattress not in * Bathroom - there was no toilet roll in the bathroom (as advertised), the cellings were falling apart, you can see bits almost falling from walls and cellings. * Kitchen - rust and damaged windows and cupboards * Poor cleanliness and maintenance everywhere * The sofa bed that ment to be in the living room, as there was no living room, was actually on the entrance hall. Also, I would like to mention, this situation created a very big stress and anxiety to us as we were left with no accomodation over the night as the property concerned very big health and safety issues. We had to go to Alicante where a friend of family helped us quick to find a property for our time in Spain. So our holiday in Madrid has been destroyed! We had different bookings for venues in Madrid but we cancelled most of them Also a quick remeinder, we have not slept in the property, we have took the pictures and we left straightaway. These conditions were not as described in the listing and fall well below acceptable standards. The property did not present as descripted on booking.com. • ANA (1/5): Decepcionanante. No volveré - Lo único la ubicación Para 6 personas es muy justo. No hay ni 6 sillas. Las camas de vergüenza, los colchones desarmados, el baño huele fatal y la cortina de la ducha es un asco, necesita reformar urgentemente. El secador quemado. Y la cocina se los años 40. En fin, decepcionante.
• Vanessa (8/5): Volvería - Lo cogí por la relación calidad precio , y la verdad que bien. Las instalaciones no son de lujo pero para dormir no están nada mal. Estaba todo muy limpio y no había ruido ninguno. Lo mejor de todo es la facilidad para llegar a él y lo fácil q fue tanto recoger llaves como seguir todas las instrucciones. Si vuelvo a Madrid no m importaría cogerlo de nuevo. Una de las camas q se hundía un poquito. Pero por el resto genial. No hemos hecho vida en el piso, solo dormir. Estaba todo muy limpio aunque no he usado nada de la cocina ni tele ni nada.

• Fernández (1/5): Reserva fraudulenta y pésimo servicio - Muy buena la ubicación No me gustó la política de retención de fianza por 7 días. Me parece ilegal que retengan mi dinero durante ese tiempo. El servicio de atención por WhatsApp es penoso. Llegamos después de las 19 hs, y al llegar al piso no encontrábamos almohada y manta para el 5to huésped, lo avisamos en cuanto llegamos, y recién al mediodía siguiente nos dijeron que estaban dentro del sofá cama. El baño se inundaba al ducharnos. Los sommiers estaban ahuecados en el medio, por lo que descansamos fatal.

• harshita (5/5): - La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, ya que a 2 minutos caminando esta la boca del metro Embajadores. Cerca del apartamentos hay supermercados y tiendas por lo que la ubicación es muy buena. Es muy seguro, tiene muchos incovenientes. Pero para el precio y los días que nos quedamos estaba bien. La lavadora estaba rota, dentro del horno nos encontramos con una sartén con comida. No nos dejaron mantas suficientes ni toallas. Habíamos reservado sabiendo que tenían una habitación con cama doble, un sófa cama y una habitación con DOS camas individuales. Pero no era indiviadual, era cama doble.

La ubicación es genial pero el piso si invierten sería genial. Te duchas y sale agua por todos lados Lo positivo es la ubicación Lo negativo es el piso

• KarlaBc (1/5): - Que al menos teníamos un lugar donde quedarnos. Para empezar, después de hacer la reserva, te dicen recién que tienes que ir por las llaves a otro lugar, eramos familia de 5 personas y un bebé, no se imaginan lo que tuvimos que andar. Luego te dicen que hay que pagar la fianza de 200 euros. Luego cuando hice la reserva solo salió confirmada y cuando fuimos a ver el tema de las llaves, dijeron que no podían atenderme porque no había hecho el check in pero no fue mi problema ya que al número que yo llamaba nunca respondieron, segundo, una de las camas estaba fatal, no se puede dormir porque se hunde y también las llaves son una tontería porque son 3 cerrojos y de verdad que confunde.

• Daniel (1/5): Muy mal - El barrio es un poco movido, mucha policía. El apartamento bastante mal la verdad, la puerta de la entrada está forzada, las camas un desastre, un colchón roto y super blando, que se te come el colchón, el sofá cama es muy pequeño, luego huele a humedad todo el piso, esta muy dejado todo en general, en el baño estaba lleno de pelos y huele fatal. Yo fui con mi familia 3 noches y no lo recomiendo para nada.

• David (1/5): Apartamento pequeño para 6. Engañoso. - Céntrico. Pésimo, sin aire acondicionado. Reservamos para 6 y no cumple con la capacidad: si abres el sofá has de saltar por encima y no hay espacio ni para sentarte a comer....y ese sofá-cama toca la puerta de entrada. Necesita mucha reforma e inversión porque olía a moho y no se podía dormir en colchones y somier rotos. Avisan de buscar las llaves del apartamento en la otra punta de Madrid, una vez hecha la reserva y no en el anuncio. Engañoso, ya que nosotros lo reservamos por la cercanía a estación y no para pasear con todo el equipaje por la ciudad de Madrid.

No tienen la limpieza adecuada ya que soy alérgica y las alfombras y sofa, se nota que no tienen la limpieza adecuada, el sofá no es cómodo para dormir, pleno verano y solo un ventilador para 2 habitaciones Y 1 soda cama, Podrá estar muy bien ubicado, Pero no me vuelvo a quedar jamás ahí. El apartamento no es lo que muestran en fotos, tampoco, el baño olía muy mal, el cabezal de la ducha dañado! No tienen la limpieza adecuada ya que soy alérgica y las alfombras y sofa, se nota que no tienen la limpieza adecuada, el sofá no es cómodo para dormir, pleno verano y solo un ventilador para 2 habitaciones Y 1 soda cama, Podrá estar muy bien ubicado, Pero no me vuelvo a quedar jamás ahí.
• Marta (1/5): Péssimo. - Nada Tudo. Demasiado pequeno para cinco pessoas, as camas não estavam bem. Não tinha ar condicionado. As mobílias era velhas e desconfortáveis. Tivemos de mudar de alojamento após uma noite.
• Eric (2/5): One of the beds was broken, we were told that since it was just two of us one of us could sleep on the couch…… Also the - Close to downtown One of the bed frames was broken, and the shower doesn’t drain properly. Terrible when you shower after another person and there is standing dirty water in the shower, forces you to wait to shower after another person.
