Lots of ants, esp. in bathroom 2. Heating in one of the bedrooms was not working - very cold at night 3. Apprtment is located in basement !! 4. Frying pan not usable, teflon is falling off

• Emmanuelle (9/5): Logement confortable et hôte à l'écoute - Appartement confortable, parfait pour 1 couple et 3 enfants Hôte à l'écoute. J'avais oublié mon portefeuille à l'appartement et Dean me l'a renvoyé par courrier suivi ! Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre de l'étage.
• Habib (10/5): Un séjour formidable pendant les fêtes de Noël. - Nous avons séjourné en famille dans l appartement 5. Le logement était propre ,bien équipé et chauffé. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli plus tôt, suite à notre demande. Des petites attentions nous ont fait plaisir : corbeille de fruits et petites courses. Le quartier est calme et la gare est à 8mn à pied. Bus , metro ainsi que supermarché sont à proximité. Ce logement est vraiment à recommander pour une famille. Nous étions 6 personnes. Nous y retournerons volontiers à notre prochain séjour à Londres. Tout était parfait.

• Stacie (9/5): Super location and great for a group of 3-4. - LOVED the location of this apartment!! It is near a university so there are a lot of young people around; there was a nice energy. You are very near restaurants, pubs, and shopping. The Brunswick Centre is just a 5-7 minute walk away. I like how close we were to the tubes and buses. We easily got around London from our location. The apartment itself is mostly clean and very well stocked. We had plenty of bathroom towels and dishes. I loved having a washer AND dryer (so rare in Europe!). The patio area is adorable and I wish we could have used it. We were there during a very rainy period. And the hosts were awesome! They were extremely responsive and helped with every question I had, even delivering a toaster within hours after we discovered the one in the apartment was broken. I would 100% stay here again. There are a few things to consider: 1. The mold in the shower could be addressed. This seems to be a European issue and we Americans seem to go overboard with bleach, but I would love to see that cleaned up. I realize as a basement apartment, it can be muggy and humid and it can be hard to take care of, but I think the cleaning crew could do wonders with it. 2. The downstairs bed is a little wonky. I don't know if it's come off its base, but the right side sinks. 3. The stairs were not a problem for us, but keep it in mind if you have small children or elderly folks - the stairs may be difficult. There are large gaps between the steps. 4. There are so many bath towels, but it would be nice to have a few extra kitchen towels. 5. The living room could benefit from a couple of lamps (instead of only having the overhead light). Great stay and nothing major! Just some things to look at. :)

• Amélie (8/5): Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l’ensemble. - Le logement est très bien placé, spacieux et propre. À proximité de la gare de St Pancras (9min à pied). La literie du lit du bas est à revoir. Il y avait des trous dans le matelas. Et le logement avait été repeint très peu de temps avant, l’odeur était très désagréable. Nous avons laissé les fenêtres ouvertes pour dormir.

• Stork (9/5): I can only recommend! - Very nice accommodation, lovely yard, nice facilities, lots of space, very nice location and very responsive host. The bedroom on the lowest flood was a bit cold and it was heard to keep warm, but I did not flag it to the host while there, so he also did not have a change to let me know how to change that - thus, I would not hold him responsible for this. I can only give my recommendations for this stay. The temperature of the apartment, especially the lowest floor.
• Wai (9/5): I would choose this place again if I have the chance to visit London. - Fully equipped kitchen for self-cooking, very convenient, located close to major transportation hubs! The host is warm and friendly. Highly recommended. The bathroom is a bit small.
