- Lara (10/5): - Exceptionally clean property. Larger than I expected with accommodation over two floors and even a little courtyard garden (which we didn’t use) Host met us at the property which was a nice touch and this meant everything went smoothly for us. Host was very helpful. We chose this property because it was walkable form the hire car drop off, and for proximity for the airport as we had a very early flight. It’s about 5 mins in a taxi away, but the areas was quiet overnight so we were well rested despite early start. Very nicely appointed kitchen Be aware that the property is in a very narrow street. We scraped our car. You’re advised to park in the parallel road or in the little public car park in the village square and walk to the front door. Property isn’t super close to a supermarket (15 mins walk to nearest one) or decent restaurant so plan ahead. It isn’t simple to get to the centre of Florence from the property for sight seeing. This wasn’t an issue for us but something to bear in mind.
