• Kristina (7/5): - Super responsive hosts, we had everything we needed. Good location, but not the best if you are looking to stay close to the old town. We liked it here as you get the chance to walk through different neighbourhoods. Close to metro and bust stations. Water pressure is super low, almost not existent. If you have a long hair I imagine it would be impossible to wash it, I haven’t even tried. Not sure if it was just with our room or with others too as the building is old. Also bed was way too soft for us. Heavily used.

• Lynley (9/5): Recommended studio in great location - Very nice room with well equipped kitchen close to central Montréal city and Musée de Beaux Arts. Air conditioning, coffee machine with pods provided was a nice touch. The only inconvenience in this great apartment is that the water pressure is very low. It takes 3-5 minutes to fill the kettle, and the shower has low pressure. Our studio was on the second floor.

• Christine (8/5): It was great value for the price! Would rent again. - location was excellent. Close to plenty restaurants and bars. A short walk to Old Town Montreal and very close to Mount Royal. Well stocked kitchen, air conditioning, comfortable beds, and it was very clean and quiet studio suite with two queen size beds. Unfortunately there wasn't a wine opener in the kitchen. Not a deal breaker though. No outside space.

The staff was extremely responsive to our requests, which we greatly appreciated. Both the room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, and the shower door didn’t fully close, which made it a bit inconvenient. The bed mattress was worn out with lack of support, and we ended up with some backaches.

• Heather (2/5): A nightmare - Location is excellent. Breakfast wasn't provided . There was no hot water due to construction. The place was dirty . I didn't take a shower cause the shower was filthy and there was no hot water. I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor . I have mobility issues and had lots of difficulty navigating the stairs . The front steps were under construction and difficult to walk around the debris and was dangerous for visitors . My cab driver had to assist me over the debris on the front steps .When I woke in the morning and opened my drapes two men other visitors were standing outside my window attempting to use a ladder to get on the roof for a picture. The roof was under construction and debris on the roof. I would check your insurance as there are multiple safety issues for visitors on this site . I would not recommend to anyone and I will contact Booking .com.I asked for a late departure as my plane had been 11 hrs delayed. Initially, I was quoted that I could stay until 1pm for a cost of over 2 hundred dollars ?!! That is for two additional hours on site ! The fee was finally waived. I left at regular check out at 11 am as the place and the men outside my room were unsupervised and I was feeling unsafe . There was no one on site . I won't return and I think you could attempt to advertise more ethically .

• Hams (10/5): - The location is incredibly convenient, and the neighborhood is peaceful, creating a wonderfully positive atmosphere. With non in-person communication, the staff were fantastic—responsive and supportive every step of the way. I highly recommend The Dru for anyone looking to spend some time in Montreal. You won’t regret it! The kitchen sink water tab needs to be fixed, and the shower.

• CORALIE (8/5): A part l'inconfort du matelas, j'ai apprécié le studio. - Le logement est très bien situé. On peut facilement accéder au métro et à la rue Sainte Catherine. Rue commercante. La femme de ménage est très à l'écoute, disponible pour répondre à toute mes demandes. Nous la remercions très sincèrement. Le matelas s'enfonce au milieu. Donc très inconfortable pour dormir. C'est dommage.

• Stella (8/5): Charming Convenient Place - The room was very cute and easy to access. The location was safe and convenient. I had difficulty with the shower, and the staff was very attentive and responded to my questions quickly (tho not always clearly). It was also nice to have milk provided in the kitchen. The hot and cold labels on the shower are reversed so we thought we had no hot water the first day. They kept trying to explain but it was not clear at all and they finally sent a video of how to use the shower which was nice of them. If they had just said that the hot and cold labels were reversed, it would have not taken so much back and forth. Other than that, there was no toaster in the kitchen which made breakfast a bit difficult.

• Marco (8/5): Du bekommst, was du bezahlst - Super Lage, Klimaanlage,gute Kommunikation, konnten das Gepäck am Abreisetag noch abstellen Bisschen bessere Ausstattung wäre wünschenswert, geschirrtücher und ein sauberer Schwamm würden schon helfen. Genauer hingucken darf man nicht, Badezimmer fussboden nicht anständig verfugt, kommode beim Aufmachen auseinander gefallen....

• Guest (6/5): - The location was great. The room looked like the pictures. The lock was a nightmare. It was number lock but it was not opening properly. The bathroom was not completely functional, the exhaust didn’t work. There was not enough space to hang clothes. Moreover they didn’t give us extra garbage bags or information to dispose garbage. It was a weekend so we didn’t get responses. So had to keep the garbage piled in the room which was very uncomfortable.

• Luis Alberto (5/5): Tienen que mejorar para lo que ofrecen - La ubicación La limpieza del cuarto, cuando llegamos no la habian realizado, en general tienen varios detalles de mantenimiento: falta pintar paredes, el espacio de la habitación muy reducido (el boiler del edificio esta adentro de la habitación), no tiene presión de agua fria en la regadera, son muy ruidosas las puertas, se escucha cuando los cuartos de al lado se abren o cierran y parece que estuvieran intentando abrir tu habitación, las fotos de la habitación en la aplicacion son engañosas, todo es muy pequeño...la papelera del wc desprendida, las paredes, cristales y espejos sucios. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen

• Renée (7/5): - La chambre était spacieuse, le lit confortable, l'appartement était très bien. Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de réception ni d'ascenseur. J'ai 79 ans et quand j'ai vu toutes les marches à monter avec des bagages lourds, j'étais un peu découragée. Et j'aurais apprécié avoir une notice dans l'appartement expliquant l'utilisation des appareils et un numéro de téléphone d'un taxi. Quand on arrive d'Europe, ce sont des choses qu'on ne connait pas nécessairement.

• Emma (10/5): Exactly what we needed - We loved being close to Mont Royal and still very walkable to most other attractions. The bed was super comfy and we felt safe & secure. Had everything we needed! Shower pressure was not strong but didn’t bother us. Also there’s no elevator so be mindful you need to carry bags up stairs.
