Sobre o ap, é como a descrição, tudo novo, tudo muito limpo, com ar condicionado no quarto e na sala, muito conforto, o prédio tem piscina e diversos serviços. Serve para quem está a passeio ou trabalho. Fui com meus amigos para o carnaval, como fica muito próximo ao circuito, mas não no circuito, foi ótimo para nos locomovermos e ainda conseguiamos acessar o circuito caminhando de tão próximo. tem praias muito perto. A vista é excelente. Recomendo a todos que estiverem de passagem, de férias a até para quem vive próximo, para aproveitar uns dias de lazer nesse flat. Nada que desabone.
