• Kirtaan (2/5): - One of the toilet bowls was not in good condition, and the bathroom had a bad smell. The deposit is already late, and I still haven’t received it. I was not informed how long thr inspection would take or why it’s taking so long. After this experience, I won’t book homestays at Arte again.

• Hamza (1/5): - We had very bad experience with employee who were supposed to give the deposit of 200 RM, we call him many times no answer. But after many messages we are able to collect our money and catched our flight. We stayed about 3 nights no cleaning service, we didn't find place to drop the waste. Please note they have no office in the building. Try to avoid this place

• maliq (6/5): Overall, it was just ok. - Its a good place to stay for 6 pax One of the sinks drains very slowly, the air conditioning is just average, and the toilet seat sizes don’t match. The unit only comes with one parking space, and it seems like common sense about the outside parking rules, but we weren’t informed., we even received a police summons.

• Basheer (9/5): - The apartment had a nice, modern design. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Visitor parking should be allowed — it would make things more convenient for guests expecting visitors.

• Nor (6/5): For those with toddlers, please be extra careful if you’re staying here. Child safety is not well maintained. - The homestay was beautiful and spacious. It’s close to the city, making it easy to access. But unfortunately not kid-friendly and lacked safety measures for children. My daughter accidentally stepped on this makeup stool and had to undergo a minor surgery because her big toe was torn. The stool is unsafe and already damaged — you can refer to the photo. If it was properly rounded, there wouldn’t be any exposed metal parts sticking out. I hope the management can be more alert in the future, especially since it’s stated that children are allowed. We did our best to supervise, but as you know kids tend to move around without always looking where they’re going and she happened to step on it. Had to go to the emergency room and undergo a minor surgery because the cut was quite deep.

• Nabilah (5/5): Dissappointing. - The host is more responsive compared to previous time I dealt with. The property is good, looks clean and complete, no broken furniture, and everything functioning well. Got iron and iron board provided, got hangers compared to last property i have been with this host. 1. The property that we got is not the same as the picture shown during our booking. All of us are expecting we got the same unit like our previous stay, by judging from the picture on the options that we have during the booking, we booked the room that we are expecting for, but it ended up not the same as the picture. A bit spoiling our excitement. 2. The property is smelly. Once enter the unit and open the room door, somehow can smelt something stinky like sweat + damp cloth smell trapped in a room (bau jebak orang laki). We tried to just deal with it and tried to sleep in the smelly bed. But we really couldn’t sleep and couldn’t take it anymore. We all cramped in one bed that less stink, and everybody didn’t want to sleep in the most smelly room(room connected with bathroom) . I whatsaap the host around 2am just to give my honest review, and to my surprise, the host replied to me, and sent their staff literally around 2am just to change our bed sheet. I’m glad they took really fast action on my complain, and the host even gave us late checkout till 2pm due to this issue. We somehow managed to go through the night dispite the bed still have that strong sweat+body odor coming from the mattress,comforter and pillow even they have changed the whole set of bed sheets. I highly advice them to do deep clean the mattress and wash the pillow and comforter too. Me and my siblings got itchy skin and headache the next day. We also windering how people can sweat that much in an air-conditioned room. It’s not just smell, it affects our health too. 3. Please wash and scrub the toilet too(the no shower one) . Bau hancing like someone’s pee splashed outside the toilet bowl.I tried to clean the bathroom too, but the smell is still there.

• Ken (1/5): The apartment was awful. There are a lot cockroaches and He sprayed just before we arrive! The DDT - They suddenly send you whatsapp asking for your copy of identity document and bank in deposit. This is ridiculous to send copy of ID to a complete stranger. And ridiculous for an overseas traveler to bank in money to a local account. This co wasted me so much travelling time!
