• NIKITA (8/5): - Не слышно соседей. Есть окна, которые можно открыть. Большая и чистая ванная. Крутая локация, классный персонал. Ощущалась безопасность. Быстрый интернет и низкая стоимость. В номере нет чайника и ванных принадлежностей таких как шампуни, гели для душа. Пришлось покупать в магазине. Очень большой номер, но не было стола для работы или мелких задач.

• Shabrina (8/5): A good price for a short stay in Sarajevo - I think the staff were fabulous. Anita was very helpful. I came at a time where the weather in Sarajevo dipped unexpectedly. The central heating wasn’t turned out at that early point in Oct so it was exceptionally cold. Anita kindly offered tea. The room was big and clean. I came slightly late for breakfast but she offered me some food and tea. Service by staff was very good. A bargain for the price but the staff service was what made it memorable. Room was big, clean and ample for a night stay. A few things that could amplify the hotel experience and as a constant traveller, these things make the difference. - Tea making facility in the room would be very helpful. - tissue box in the room - a bin in the room - some extra hangers in the room Things to highlight to the manager to also have looked at: I stayed in room 303 and few minor things to be addressed. - radiator needs bleeding. It was making a loud noise - the bathroom door doesn’t shut and unfortunately foul sewage smell was coming out .

• Zsuzsanna (6/5): It’s OK for a few nights - The staff was kind, arranged a taxi from the airport which was handy, especially when it’s the first time in the country. The breakfast was simple and had not many choices. The coffee was Nescafé or the local type, for a normal espresso you had to pay extra. In the room there was a kettle but not even a bag of tea, so why?

• vahap (8/5): - Oda birçok 4 Yıldızlı otele göre çok daha geniş ve rahattı. Otel merkeze yürüyerek 10 dakikada gidilebilir bir konumda yer alıyor. Resepsiyon görevlisi güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve profesyoneldi. Birçok otelde olduğu gibi burda da perdeler yerinden çıkmış sarkıyordu. Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilirdi. Asgarisinden bal ve meyve olmalıydı. İlk gün elma vardı, Diğer günler yoktu. Ekmek sadece ikinci gün normal ve kepekli çıktı. Başka da ünlü bir mamul yoktu. Yumurtalar dolaptan çıkmış gibi soğuktu.

• Krisztina (10/5): Jó elhelyezkedés, kedves személyzet - Azért választottuk ezt a hotelt, mert nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, és van a közelben parkoló (igaz, fizetős, de nem vészes az ára: 3KM/óra). Szívesen szállunk meg itt máskor is, mert a személyzet nagyon kedves volt, a szoba és a szálloda tiszta és nagyon szép. Jeleztem a foglaláskor, hogy glutén- és tej érzékeny vagyok, ezért a reggelinél készültek külön a számomra.

• Christopher (6/5): AirCon doesn’t work, when AirCon isn’t needed this place would be great - The property was clean and spacious. Check in was easy and the staff was nice. We stored our bags after for a few hours and that was easy as well. They have air conditioning, but it didn’t work well. The hallway was nicely conditioned but my room was 26C. There were two AirCon units, one didn’t work and the other one barely worked. The vent in the bathroom did more cooling than the AirCon unit. As long as you don’t stay here in the summer, the place is excellent.
• Anna (8/5): - Pokoje bardzo duże, tak samo łazienka. Fajna lokalizacja, personel jest super pomocny. Czysto, obiekt stosunkowo nowy. Śniadanie było dosyć zaskakujące ( w tym mniej pozytywnym znaczeniu), mało różnorodne bez żadnych ciepłych możliwości. Gdybym wiedziala jak to wyglada, skorzystałabym z oferty na mieście. Espresso dodatkowo płatne, kawa nescafe za darmo ( raczej się z tym nie spotkałam).

Receno i potvrdjeno mail om da cemo imati gradski parking 10e/dan, recepcionerka rekla da to nije moguce, a recepcioner popodne omogucio. Prije podne klimatizacija lobby a "bila pokvarena", poslije podne, oba dana, kada je tu recepcioner, normalno radila. Naravno da znam da treba platiti dodatak za psa, ali cijena je izgovorena "iz glave", nema uneseno u zvanicni cjenovnik.

• Amera (5/5): Great location, but poorly maintained and bad breakfast - The hotel has a fantastic location and you can easily walk to all of Sarajevo’s main landmarks. The rooms are fairly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the overall condition of the hotel is disappointing. Everything feels quite neglected and poorly maintained. The carpets and curtains were visibly dirty, and the TV didn’t work at all. The worst part was the breakfast. Honestly, it would be better not to offer any breakfast at all than to serve what we were given. It was of such low quality that I genuinely felt it could pose a health risk.

I asked why they don't look at the expiry date if they know it, they laughed. although you have breakfast, you have to pay for the coffee too - while they drink it freely. inatant is included in the breakfast, but they still use the machine...

• Assi12 (9/5): Anonymous - The staff were very kind and helpful and they offer free hot drinks I recommend checking if the air conditioning is available during your stay, as they only turn it on based on the season. Opening the windows isn’t always a good alternative—there's a lot of noise from traffic, and some rooms get very hot, so open windows don’t really help. Also, be aware that there’s no private parking. The available parking is public and costs 20 BAM (approximately 10 EUR) per day. There is another nearby lot that charges by the hour—avoid using that one! You can pay for parking with coins only or via a mobile app.

What truly made the experience exceptional was the reception staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was check-in, giving local recommendations, or assisting with any requests, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. • Merve (10/5): Perfect - We stayed for a 2-day holiday in December. The location is very nice, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the head bazaar. The rooms are nice, clean, everything we want is available. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The owner Tatjana and Ms. Jale in the kitchen are very sweet and very interested. They help with everything. I would like to come back just for them. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

• Edward (10/5): Intimate family like setting - This hotel only has nine guest rooms. At times, it felt I was staying with friends instead of at a hotel. Indeed, the kind woman at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations for lunch and dinner. The in-house Cafe doubles as the breakfast room. Breakfast was a real treat made fresh every morning by another wonderful woman. My room has four windows including the bathroom. Tasteful finishings throughout. Website map does not show proximity to landmarks nearby, e.g. Embassies of Germany and Greece and the Marriott Courtyard Hotel. Got lost initially. Otherwise, great location
• Nicoletta (10/5): More than I expected! - There's a new owner and she's absolutely lovely and really caring. During breakfast she would walk around to see if anyone needed help with their travel plans. She would give out tips and/or call a cab if needed. My room felt very cozy and clean. It was so quiet and I felt I could really relax and come to peace. My room had a bathtub which was extra relaxing. The location is perfect. City centre is just a 10min walk. =) I spent my last 2 days in Sarajevo in a different hotel because it was closer to the airport. But to be honest as soon as I entered my room here, it felt empty. The atmosphere was different and felt cold, wishing I'd stayed longer and just got up earlier for my flight. During breakfast there wasn't much to choose from. Hoping they can expand this in the future. But really in general the hotel made me so happy, it didn't really bother me.

She made sandwiches for us when our bus arrived late, she helped me with cellphone problems, she answered all questions with friendliness and suggestions. We had good talks. • Ida (6/5): Okay for one night - The location between the station and the old town is good, the room big and it functioned well for a one-night spontaneous stay. The staff was friendly and Turkish, with minimum English so we communicated with the translation programs on the phone. And he made eggs without milk and butter for me, that was nice The smell in the room was quite bad, a mix of old cigarettes and room perfumes. Tried to air it out, but there are so many textiles and wall-to-wall carpets. I found a living ant in the bed. The ambience could be better… ex. The loud music videos playing in the breakfast area were strange.

• Meelis (7/5): Short stay in Sarajevo by car - We had spacious room and all the needed expectations for us were fulfilled. For the money you pay this is OK choice. Easy to reach by the car as hotel situates on the side where we did not have lot of traffic and hotel was easy to find. Main attractions are not so far and everything is in walking distance. Breakfast is simple and hotel needs some renovation but generally OK! Parking we found in the guarded place where was enough space and 24h cost was approx. 12 EUR
