• Наталия (10/5): Рекомендую - Отель выбирали по рекомендации моих друзей, исходили из удобства транспортной развязки общественного транспорта, из аэропорта нового IST на метро с одной пересадкой . И пешком до отеля минут 7- 15 вниз по крутому спуску . Рядом площадь Таксим , Галата порт, Галатская башня, по мосту галатскому можно пройти пешком к Айя Софии и голубой мечети …. Нам предоставили номер из двух комнат , в номере есть два кондиционера , wi fi , чайник, холодильник , два отличных шкафа для одежды , два телевизора , с возможностью просмотра ютуб, удобные кровати , вежливый и адекватный персонал . Мы приехали рано утром , оставили багаж в кафе при отеле и пошли гулять до заселения . От души рекомендую этот отель по цене , комфорту , удобству расположения . Все понравилось
• Yen (1/5): Catfished. Do not go. - Location was good. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to. It was filthy and the toilet was falling apart - mould everywhere and the toilet bowl was broken. Everything was sticky and I ended up wiping the toilet and surfaces down (it was gross). I felt like we got catfished based on the photos online vs how the room really looked. They didn’t even bother providing body wash but instead this soggy box of shower cap stolen from another hotel. The couch in the room was FILTHY with dark patches all over. I had to lay a towel on it to want to sit on it. The hangers in the cupboard were also taken from elsewhere (dry cleaners and sale hangers) and not proper hangers. I felt so scammed as we would have stayed somewhere else.

Es war ein Aparthotel.Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer. Das eine Zimmer war von Schimmel befallen. Die seitenwand war eingerissen und bröckelte schon ab.Die Duschbrause war kaputt.Wasser lief überall raus. Handtücher waren dreckig. Wir mussten uns neue Handtücher kaufen. Wände waren sehr hellhörig.

• Djey (4/5): Bon emplacement mais décevant pour les autres aspects - L’emplacement est top, proche du tram et à côté de plusieurs monuments à visiter d’Istanbul Salle de bain très petite pour 4 personnes, douche pas chaude. Humidité sur les murs Eau qui a carrément coulé des murs, mais nettoyé en notre absence pour qu’on ne remarque rien.

• Anna (9/5): - The location is perfect, the neighborhood was very pretty and quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful and they have amazing coffee in their cafe! The room was nice and cozy as well, we got an upgrade so that was certainly pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was that bathroom was too small and the lighting in the room was a bit dim. Also, the hair dryer was practically useless, it did nothing. Other than that, it was good.

• Alsu (1/5): Avoid this place - 30% discount for coffee The pictures that you see on different websites are photoshopped - in reality you will get an old hotel with dirty carpets, sofas, towels and bed sheets. When we checked in I found somebody’s hair on the floor and a pillow. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work for the whole stay (at night it was 5-7 degrees outside), the receptionist promised to fix it but of course nobody came and we had to sleep in a cold room for 4 days. Moreover, our apartment smelled like somebody smoked there for a couple of years non-stop, even the clothes in my baggage smell like cigarettes. The toilet was broken and there was a sound of running water all the time. On the 31 st of December we came to the hotel at night and couldn’t get inside because the staff have forgotten to give us a key from the main door and we waited about 20 minutes outside in a cold weather. Avoid booking this place, the only pleasant thing was 30% discount for coffee, but taking into account all the disadvantages, we should have gotten it for free as a compensation.
• Audrey (8/5): Très bon hôtel mais qui mérite un bon rafraîchissement - L’emplacement de l’hôtel était idéal pour se balader dans le centre d’Istanbul, le personnel est au petit soin et adore avec les enfants nous avons vraiment apprécié. Les murs sont très fins nous entendions nos voisins et la chambre manque cruellement d’un bon rafraîchissement. Les joints de la douche sont à reprendre, c’était une piscine dans la salle de bain. Le ménage manque un peu de professionnalisme ( parfois les serviettes neuves n’avaient pas été remises) mais honnêtement malgré ces points négatifs c’était un très bon séjour.

Бронировала два номера на втором этаже. Отель трепет лифта нет и лестница винтовая, звукоизоляции нет. По фото номера кажутся приличными, но санузел оч маленький, на мойке даже не возможно разместить мыло или зуб пасту (фото приложу) , номера плохо убраны. По приезду заметила что постельное белье грязное , в волосах попросила поменять , все быстро заменили. На первом этаже находится кафе, там разрешено курить и в номере между дверью и полом большая щель и весь запах сигарет тянет в номер и в номере постоянно запах сигарет, на ночь затыкала эту щель полотенцем . Так же по заселению в номерах было холодно, кондиционер на тепло работал практически круглосуточно . Отелю требуется сделать глобальную реновацию номеров!!! The place was very comfortable and well maintained, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. Special thanks to the owner, who was truly attentive, caring, and always available. We felt very well taken care of and genuinely enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

Avevano una camera più grande a disposizione e ci hanno fatto gratuitamente l'upgrade. Siamo stati due notti e c'è stato anche il cambio delle lenzuola. Posizione ottima. C'è un parcheggio a pagamento accanto alla struttura che costa 15euro a giorno L'hotel è in una struttura vecchia che andrebbe rinnovata. Il bagno molto piccolo e poco confortevole Non bella esteticamente ma per quello che abbiamo pagato andava bene

It was dirty and not in a good condition. There was no coffee making facilities and we had to ask for water. The curtains could not close proper, and our head bord was loose. • Maria Claudia (5/5): Fin de semana Estambul - El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, y el personal es bastante amable y dispuesto a colaborar. Las habitaciones son amplias. Creo que necesitan hacer un buen mantenimiento a los tapetes de las habitaciones, porque están sucios y manchados, y resulta incomodo, así como el olor a humedad del baño. Y como estaban otros familiares, en otras habitaciones, se que no era solo la nuestra.

Персонал вежливый и приветливый. Брали номер "Люкс с видом на город". Невозможно грязный номер, в котором противно находиться. И это не проблема уборки: ковролин в номере только заменить можно; судя по всему, в него тушили бычки и роняли жирную еду продолжительное время. Кое-где осыпалась штукатурка. В комнате будет темно почти все время, если не включать освещение. Раковина и сама ванная комната маленькие. Вид на город есть, но весьма сомнительный. На фотках показан только вид из одной половины номера. Фотографии номера сделаны очень хорошо, лайк фотографу))

Хотелось бы чистоты добавить - Расположение удобное, до галатской башни 5-7 минут, номер у нас был как бы 1.5 комнаты, что тоже удобно для семьи с детьми. На улице тихо не смотря на близость Истикляль с множеством баров и ночной жизнью. Вообще отель новый, почти ) очень приятные ребята встретили, решали все возникшие вопросы. Если рассматривать в общем, то вполне можно остановиться на несколько ночей, так как весь день гуляешь по городу, а в номере только ночуешь. Не смотря на то, что отель относительно новый, но уже довольно уставший… и в этом, безусловно, вина гостей присутствует, при таком подходе никакой отель не справится, если на ковролин что-то проливать постоянно, а диваны ломать… ребята стараются, но за гостями не успевают… всем кто едет на машине, не маловажный факт, парковка платная и очень дорогая, как нам показалось. 500 лир ночь.

• Al-Fadli (9/5): As a first visit to Istanbul, this was the perfect place to stay! - The manager was super helpful and friendly and did everything possible to get us comfortable. The hotel itself is in a perfect place, close to Galata tower and the tram station Tophane. It was the perfect place not to hike too high. The rooms might need a little maintanance but in general it's a great place to stay. It also doesn't have an elevator unfortunatly, might not suit some people.
• Neuza (9/5): Ik vond het leuk om in dit hotel te verblijven, we vonden het geweldig dat er beneden een koffiezaakje is en het persone - Wat ik het meest leuk vond aan de accommodatie was dat we goed konden slapen, omdat de bedden comfortabel waren en de kamer zelf ook ruim was. Ik denk dat jullie een nieuwe vloer zouden moeten leggen, de badkamer was helaas een beetje klein.

• Leticia (8/5): Comfortable, conveniently located hotel with good beds. - Location is perfect and the room was good. The beds were very comfortable and it was not too noisy at all despite being off of the main road. The room was clean, however the carpet appeared dirty and some things in the building a bit run down. But this is to be expected in an older neighborhood. We did not love that people were smoking in other rooms, but luckily it did not travel up to our room.

• Chloé (4/5): Disappointing - -The staff was very kind -The location of the hotel is very central so you can easily walk around or access public transport. -The room doesn't look like the pictures anymore, it is worn out (stains, old carpet...) - The room hasn't been cleaned when we got the keys (which can happen). However even after asking for it, it hasn't been properly done. And it hasn't been properly cleaned for the whole duration (moldy and dirty shower, hair in the bedsheets, dust, dirty cups...)

La habitación siempre limpia. El mejor trato con los huéspedes. Nos ayudaron en todo. Muy recomendable incluso con niños pequeños. Kareem muy atento en cada momento y prepara el mejor chocolate caliente!

• Zlatan (9/5): Great stay, friendly staff - The staff was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. They changed our bedsheets, towels regularly and quickly responded to any issues. Generally, for the price of the room, it was a good deal. The hotel building smelled like cigarette smoke. This issue was, however, offset by the very responsive staff. We informed them we have health issues related to cigarette smoke, so they updated our room.
• Alina (8/5): Very good - We stayed for two nights, and got a pretty good deal because we booked last minute. The location was amazing! It very easy to access the hotel from anywhere, and you could walk wherever you wanted. The street was very chill and cool with nice shops and cafés. The room was good size and pretty comfortable, and felt safe. Ali was super responsive and he helped us out a lot, we really appreciated the hospitality! The bathroom was not in the best condition, some things were broken and there was some mold. There was also some problems with the light switches, and the floor was covered in carpet which felt a bit unsanitary. But we're not so picky, so it was fine for us, especially since we got the last-minute discount.
• Alessandra (2/5): - Purtroppo non posso dare una valutazione positiva in quanto all'ultimo minuto mentre eravamo in aeroporto ci ha comunicato di non poterci accogliere in struttura per un guasto elettrico (caso strano solo per la nostra camera) e ci ha dirottati al nostro arrivo in tarda serata in un vicino hotel che ci ha fatto pagare una somma più alta di quanto già pagato. Questo hotel il galata king suite si è rivelato una bettola sporca, con biancheria indecente e mobilio rotto che non dovrebbe avere alcuna autorizzazione ad accogliere persone. Igiene e servizi meno di zero. Il giudizio sull'hotel ali khan è pessimo non per la struttura che non abbiamo visionato ma per il fatto che dai comportamenti successivi è stato chiaro che la gestione della bettola dove ci hanno spostato era la stessa. Comportamento al limite di una denuncia. Expedia dovrebbe depennare questa struttura dal circuito degli hotel proposti.

• Bin (9/5): Superb - The location of the hotel is excellent, not far from the attractions and transportation points of the European quarter of Istanbul, but in a relatively quiet area. The rooms are exceptionally large and the staff service is excellent.
• Lakshi (9/5): Great room all around - The room was exactly as described and in the photos. The host Ali was amazing and so helpful. Our flight was delayed so we were starving when we got to the hotel. Ali made sure to have food ready for us when we got to the room and it was honeslty one of the best meals we had in Turkey. The location was good too, super close to the galata tower and shops but also the river and trams.
• Θανοσ (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great.The location is perfect for visiting the main city attractions and the housekeeper was social and helpful.
• Nima (10/5): Pleasant surprise - The structure, in addition to being a perfect location for both day and night visits to Istanbul, has the rare quality of the staff. Always very helpful and kind. Recommended for families with children as a few meters away there is a park equipped with slides, swings and much more. At the same time the area is very safe and full of places where you can have breakfast or an aperitif. Nothing. If I really have to think of something, some small lack of maintenance. But nothing that could affect the pleasantness of the accommodation.
• Nadin (10/5): Exceptional - This hotel was a great find! The rooms were comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. Mr. Ali was friendly and always there for help. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with both tram and bus stops steps away .

• Lenka (10/5): Everything was perfect, we highly recommend the stay. - The room was very comfortable and very well equipped. The stuff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located, easy to reach Galata and Taksim, as well as to cross to the other side, or catch the ferry. The check in was a little bit late, but it was not a problem, as the luggage can be left at the hotel, so you can go and explore the city.

• Vasiliki (7/5): The rooms need improvements and will be perfect. - The room was very big, great for 3-4 people. The daylight was nice and had nice big mirrors. The decoration was modern and warm with big beds. Ali, the owner was amazing! Very kind and very willing to help anytime with anything! The walls in the bathroom weren’t clean properly. There was dust and mold on the wall tiles and on the sink. Also the aeration wasn’t strong and the bathroom had a strong smell of humidity and mold. The walls near the windows had mold. Last the carpet had big stains and the floor was uneven, under the carpet probably there holes.

• Richard (9/5): Superb - Not really a hotel as such, 24hr reception is via WhatsApp but the owner is super helpful and usually there or nearby. Spacious room, bright with plenty of sun and a pleasant outlook. Bed was grand. Location tricky to assess on a map but it warms on you, plenty close by and market just over bridge is fun. Doesn't pester you to do a review. Entrance is a little underwhelming.

I sleep on a very hard mattress and would have liked a harder mattress but was a comfortable bed anyway.

• Chris (5/5): A hotel with potential and strong customer service. - The bed was comfortable and the staff did try to accommodate for the fact that the hotel was being renovated. However I feel that the vacancy should not have advertised when the hotel was not completely ready for guests. The room was not the room I had initially booked, carpets at the time were stained, the bathroom ceiling had black mold, walls were marked, and you could clearly hear the guests in the surrounding rooms. To clarity my review, the hotel clearly has potential and will no doubt be a wonderful place to stay, close to Galata Tower and central to the city center, once fully renovated. However, just for my two-night occupancy, it was not up to an acceptable standard for a satisfactory stay.

• Sayyeda (7/5): Good - Hotel Location is good as its just walking from Tophane tram station. The hotel owner was helpful and kind and helpful Host, Mr.Ali Khan. There is no lift and building is old though they renovated. Rooms are Ok but not very cleaned. Toilet is too small to use and shower was broken. If your next door person is smooking you can have smell in your rooms. We stayed for 2 days. For short stay its not a bad place.
