Je le recommande à 100% - Tout était parfait , l’eau chaude , il y avait de l’eau fraîche dans le frigo quand nous sommes arrivé. Nous avons pu faire une lessive . Il y a la climatisation dans les chambres et les matelas sont parfait.

• Roshni (10/5): - Clean and conveniently located stay for one night before our trip to Corcovado! Had AC in the room. And owner let us keep our car in his parking for 3 days to collect on our return from the trip. We very much appreciate this!

• Delphine (9/5): Super confortable - Très bon accueil et communication avec Erick. Appartement très pratique et confortable. La literie est super. La buanderie est vraiment pratique pour faire sécher le linge. Et l'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait, à 2 min de la banque et du supermarché, à 10min à pieds de la petite plage de Puerto Jiménez. Je recommande sans hésiter. Dommage que l'appartement pour 4 n'ait pas de balcon, il y a un petit banc dans le couloir extérieur mais le chien du voisin grogne systématiquement ce qui gâche un peu le plaisir..

He picked us up from the airport and even held on to our bags when we did our overnight stay in Corcovado National Park. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Erick, the owner was very friendly and his wife met us there to give us the keys and explain how everything worked. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There was a washing machine and a clothes drying area. There were 2 fans in the sitting room and air-con in the bedroom. N/A
• Roxana (10/5): Fantastic! - Super clean house with great facilities! The air conditioning in the bedroom was really cold, which was great :) Erick was so friendly, too! He was very responsive and accommodating. We really appreciated him being able to watch over our car for the days we went into Corcovado and stayed at Sirena Station, too!

• Elizabeth (9/5): Excellent overall! Washing machine was a huge bonus having returned from a 3-day hiking trip. - Super clean. Well planned for a travelled. Such a bonus to have a washing machine! Appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom! Front porch was cute and nice to relax on. Overall was pretty quiet, but could hear the family in the next unit over. Fans weren’t quite enough to take care of the heat, but they helped and it was great to have the AC in the bedroom.
• Izabella (9/5): Superb - Great place to stay for a night or two if you are in the area. We stayed before and after doing the corcavoda national park and after camping for 2 weeks. It was great because they had a washing machine and provided washing powder. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Would stay here again if I was in the area

• Steve (9/5): We live 3 hours away and we will be back! - Very clean and stocked with everything you need. Secure parking and centrally located. Best value out of all the places that we stayed. The host communicated wonderfully and was there to answer any questions. We will be back! A bit of noise but that’s common
• Matt (10/5): Exceptional - Our host Eric is amazing. We pulled up 3 hours early just to see where it was on our way to the store and he let us in and showed us everything. Brand new place (one year old as of March 2025) and everything is super clean and works great. He even had a free and quite comprehensive streaming platform for us to use. Wifi was also amazing. Highly recommend.

• Lizzie (10/5): Clean, well equipped and above all comfy! - I loved the comfy bed and hot shower. After a day sightseeing I want to wash it all off and get a good nights sleep. The extra touches of coffee, washing machine and Netflix were fab too. Needed cash. Didn’t know we needed to pay in cash as other ‘pay when you get there’ properties have had a card machine.
• Christian (10/5): Exceptional - Had a nice stay. Very clean with modern furnishings. Erick was very welcoming and helpful. Thought the open window grating might lead to insect problems, but it was surprisingly bug-free. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we were in the area. No complaints.
• Josie (9/5): Superb - A very helpful host. He made sure I knew all I needed to and was open to questions. Modern appliances and very clean. Good wifi. Good location. A top sheet to cover me at night instead of a blanket would have been good.
• Emilia (10/5): Amazing! - The apartment was really nice, everything is very new and clean, kitchen has everything you need and there’s even a laundry room! The host is so nice, he let us park our car at his moms house across the street, welcomed us with a bottle of wine and when we left for our overnight trip to the Corcovado national park, he let us store our luggage for free! Thanks for this amazing experience :)
