• Jacky (10/5): Luxurious yet homely. Best accommodation in Newcastle. - Everything. From the Location right on the glorious Newcastle beach with its furnished balcony to the fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom, everything felt luxurious and homely at the same time. Close to transport and lots of great cafes and of course the beach I had the best time. Nothing.

• Michael (10/5): Truly was exceptional! - The location was excellent with the beach and food options a short walk away. Awesome view and great tourist spots close by. Communication from the hosts was exceptional and everything was thought of, including little extras like snacks and drinks as well as kitchen, bathroom and laundry items. The space was beautifully presented. The pillows were a little too firm.

• Leslie (10/5): Awsome relaxing and refreshing. - The apartment was excellent, clean , fresh and very well appointed the views are fantastic , and is close to all amenities , restaurants and the all important coffee shops. The host met us personally to welcome us to give us the keys and show us the parking, a nice touch ,made us feel welcome . It truly was an exceptional stay, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, didn’t feel like leaving. Will definitely be back 😃👏👍 Nothing.

• Katia (10/5): Exceptional - We have stayed in many beach rentals, but this apartment is in a league of its own. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how immaculately clean and fresh everything felt. The view is simply breathtaking, waking up to the sound of the waves and that stunning horizon was the highlight of our trip. What really set this experience apart, though, were Mark and Karen. They were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is stocked with high quality items and thoughtful touches that make it feel like a home rather than just a rental. We’re already counting down the days until we can return.

The building is undergoing renovations and can be a little maze like…also confusing…..only one of the two lifts services the floor, parking on P10 reached by B3, with stairs to navigate. The view was amazing, and our host Mark was the nicest and best host I have encountered with out of every Airbnb I have been to. If I ever stayed back at newcastle, this will be the first accommodation I go to. Absolutely nothing. Everything was amazing.

• Julie (9/5): A wonderful stay and truly exceptional hosts! - The hosts were incredibly friendly, kind and accommodating. The apartment was beautifully clean, and I’ve never stayed anywhere with so many generous additions. The apartment was very comfortable and the location convenient. There are some external remediation works being done to the building that did create a bit of noise, which is of course unavoidable, but a bit annoying at night as high winds caused things to bang around on the scaffolding.

• Linda (10/5): A gracious host and a marvellous little getaway. Stunning view! - The owner of the property met us at the car park entry and directed us to our allocated car spot and gave us a few other bits of information. It was perfect! Beautiful view and very comfortable and modern apartment.
• Ian (10/5): Affordable luxury accommodation right across the road from the beach! - Our hosts provided quite a lot of goodies for us to eat and drink, but to be honest, we're not really breakfast people. Mark and Karen were wonderful hosts who were extremely helpful and very friendly. BTW, the property is just around the corner from the Newcastle Beach stop on the light rail. This made travel into the City Centre really easy if we'd had a really energetic day. Nothing - everything was either really good or perfect, usually the latter.

Kitchen was well stocked with all plates, glasses and cutlery. Binoculars enabled whale watching from the balcony. We swam at the Newcastle Baths on both mornings and at the beach. Great location.
• Harris (8/5): My Newcastle trip - location, cleanliness and the effort the owners had put in to present and was made feel very welcome. It was disappointing to find the property in the middle of cladding replacement, made it feel like a construction site. Air con to the bedroom was alot less effective than the living area, it felt stuffy at times
• Rosslyn (10/5): Outstanding, would recommend and book again. - It was better than I expected. It had everything and more. The view was magnificent, located right across the road from the beach. Great sized balcony with comfy couch. It was METICULOUSLY clean and the bed, linen etc were really comfortable. Bathroom had everything a girl could want….. body wash, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer and even make up removal pads!!!! There was plenty of if little snacks, water and even little bottles of bubbles and wine. The host (Mark) was exceptional with instructions and recommendations for the area. Couldn’t fault it. Nothing, it was perfect.
• Sanjay (10/5): Two days in Newcastle - Apartment is in a perfect location to explore Newcastle and in close proximity to the best that Newcastle has to offer. Apartment is very thoughtfully and tastefully furnished and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Host Mark has really thought about everything to make the stay comfortable. There wasn't anything to dislike.

• Anonymous (10/5): A wonderful relaxing stay! - The view was spectacular. It was hard to leave the couch on the balcony! It was super clean and I loved all the little extras Karen had waiting for us like chocolates in the fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, chilled bottled water, magazines that were up to date!! Karen met us with the key and explained everything to us. They told us about local cafes and restaurants and where to see dolphins and seals! Both Mark and Karen couldn’t do enough for us to make sure we had a wonderful stay!! We absolutely loved going to sleep listening to the waves crashing against the shore!! Pure bliss!! We had to leave!!
