• Salvador (10/5): Para repetir - Hotel super elegante y agradable. La atención del personal fue una maravilla, nos ayudaron con todo siempre atentos. La piscina ya estaba abierta y pudimos hacer uso de ella, pese al tiempo. Íbamos de paso, pero volveremos si estamos por la zona.

Lounge areas very comfortable. Receptionists very efficient. The evening meals were tasty and good sized portions We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone competing at or spectating at the Chiva Karting track - very close to the track - about 15-20 minutes away! Should we return to this track we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Nothing!

• CARLOS JOAQUIN (10/5): Hotel moderno en una ubicación muy poco atractiva - Hotel moderno, con muy buen restaurante y servicios adicionales como piscina y gimnasio. Parking exterior al lado del hotel. Personal de recepción y cafetería muy amable. Estuvimos alojados en los apartamentos: amplios, cómodos, modernos, limpios. La ubicación en medio de un polígono industrial, entre la vía del tren y una gasolinera, quita todo el encanto a la estancia. Lástima, porque el hotel está muy bien. Me extraño que no hubiera ascensor para subir a los apartamentos; ojo a las personas con movilidad reducida.

I know a 3-star hotel has no duty to offer minibar or room service, but a tiny fridge to keep our drinks (and even some food) cool for the night would be great.Especially because the price looks more 4-star than 3-star to me.

La voie ferrée passe juste derrière l'hôtel, trafic assez régulier. Chambre mal isolée, on entend tout ce qui se passe au dessus et à côté. Sommeil pas très réparateur du coup....
• Csaba (9/5): Pleasant one-nighter - Everything was exceptionally clean, not just our room but the stairways, reception, dining area, etc. Breakfast was good and our beds were super comfy. Room was a good size. Easy access to the nearby motorway. Surrounding area is industrial so not attractive or much to do. For this reason we found the pricepoint a little high. As the hotel was not busy, we were not charged for parking in the basement garage. However, the garage entrance is very tight so difficult for larger vehicles. Ample street parking though.

• ANCO210 (3/5): Wir kommen nicht wieder - Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, der Service sehr gut. Das Frühstück war gut. Unser Zimmer lag direkt an den Bahnschienen eines Regionalzuges nach Valencia. Alle 15 min. fuhr praktisch der Zug durch unser Zimmer, auf die Bitte, ein anderes Zimmer zur anderen Seite zu bekommen, wurde abgelehnt. Der Zug fährt nur nachts zwischen 23.45 und 6 Uhr nicht. Im Zimmer hatte auch wenigstens für den Preis ein Wasserkocher oder eine Wasserflasche sein können.

• Katerina (7/5): - The restaurant is indeed posh, breakfast offers a wide variety of options, the service is very welcoming, and the rooms are spacious. At check-in we requested a quiet room, and the receptionist assured us that it was. However, in reality we were given the noisiest room, located right above the entrance to the hotel and restaurant. It was especially inconvenient when locals finished their meals around midnight or later and shouted outside. On Saturday night we even woke up at 2 a.m. because of the loud farewells. At the same time, the housekeeping staff start cleaning rooms at around 7–7:30 a.m., and you can clearly hear their conversations in the corridor. One of them even tried to enter our room at 8 a.m. Therefore, I strongly recommend asking for rooms closer to the parking area, or choosing the apartments instead. And one more minor comment: one day I found a wet cleaning mop that had been left by the cleaner right on top of my laptop.

• Paolo (1/5): Albergo vergognoso....da evitare - La camera e' spaziosa, il bagno e' molto grande, in generale la pulizia e' buona anche se non vengono pulite le stoviglie della cucina. I due climatizzatori posti in una delle due camere e nella cucina funzionano abbastanza bene. Pessimo comfort. Dalla mia suite posta sopra il ristorante ogni sera si sentiva musica molto alta proveniente dal ristorante e forti rumori di strisciamento di sedie e tavoli sul pavimento. Dopo aver sollecitato la reception mi e' stato garantito che musica e rumori sarebbero terminati a breve. A mezzanotte sono sceso in reception perche' i rumori continuavano. Il giorno successivo ho minacciato di andarmene e mi e' stato garantito che la sera non ci sarebbero stati rumori. Invece stessa cosa, anche la notte successiva forte rumore di musica in camera e strisciamenti di sedie e tavoli sul pavimento. Ho sollecitato piu' volte la reception mi e' stato detto che sarebbero terminati invece si sono prolungati oltre l'una di notte. Dopo varie sollecitazioni mi e' stato proprosto a tarda notte il cambio di camera, che per ovvi motivi ho rifiutato. Albergo da evitare assolutamente, non hanno rispetto per il cliente, anzi lo prendo in giro attraverso bugie e false promesse. Ho chiesto di parlare con il direttore e alla receprtion non sapevano neanche il nome. Vergognoso!

The hotel was not far from Bunol the town we wanted to attend a festival at. It was difficult to move luggage upstairs. They didn’t had a lift. Lucky it was on level 1. The other thing I didn’t like was the breakfast choices. There were so many pastries which is not the healthiest option. The cereals choice was nice and fruit was provided. No hot options were available. Although I am still glad the breakfast was included in our deal because the hotel was far from restaurants.

• Silvia (8/5): Auf der Durchreise in die Schweiz gut gelegenes Hotel - Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Das Hotel ca. 2 Km von der Autobahn entfernt war perfekt. Der Empfang war sehr nett und das Apartment sehr grosszügig, aber leider nicht aufgeheizt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Es hat eine schöne Bar, kostenlose Parplätze und sind grosszügig mit Pferdeanhäger ideal und über die Nacht abgeschlossen. Das Restaurant war leider am Abend geschlossen, was bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt wurde. Leider sehr ringhörig die Eisenbahn geht direkt am hotel vorbei. Neue gute Fenster würde einiges bewirken. Apartments sollten vor Anreise aufgeheizt werden

• Birgit (9/5): War für einen Zwischenstopp ein gutes Hotel - Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Betten prima. Die Lobby und der Frühstücksraum laden zum gemütlichen Sitzen ein. Das Personal war sehr nett. Direkt hinter dem Hotel verläuft eine Bahnstrecke und die Züge sind auch sehr gut auf der abgewandten Seite zu hören.
