- SHINGO (5/5): 場所はとにかくよい。便利なところにある。 - 難波駅から徒歩圏内でどこに行くにもすごく便利です。立地が最高。 連泊のため洗濯機を使う予定だったが、使う前に洗濯槽カビキラーで掃除したらカビ？がすごくて何回か掃除したが諦めた。ケトルも汚い。ゴキブリもいた。トイレの窓が壊れて勝手に開く。ベッドの脚が折れそうで怖かった。

- Tak (2/5): Only book this place if you are ready to do some repairing work for the host! - the location is great We are a family of 4 stayed for 5 days. When we went in to the unit, 2 lights were not working, my husband needed to go to a nearby store to buy light bulbs and replaced them. The bathroom door is broken so you can't lock it. 2 days after we stayed, another light bulb burned. One of the bed was broken and tied back together with a rope. The host didn't provide extra garbage bag, when asked for more, he told us to go buy some from Daiso. There were also limited toilet paper (3 rolls in total) and laundry detergent. All in all, this place is old and not properly maintained. The only up side is the location is close to shopping. I wouldn't recommend this place especially for families with kids.

- Meow (6/5): Excellent location - Excellent location, very close to Namba happening area and near to Nipponbashi station. Communication was good and easy. It's not so clean by Japan standard. There was empty bottle under the bed. The mattress is not in good shape. We suspect there were some bed bugs biting.
