Ricarda (1/5): Trotz bestätigter Buchung war kein Check-in möglich, und wir wurden zur Stornierung gezwungen. - Leider nichts, da ein Aufenthalt nicht möglich war. Wir hatten die Unterkunft vorab gebucht und eine Bestätigung erhalten. Vor Ort mussten wir jedoch fast 3 Stunden warten. Die Mitarbeiterinnen versuchten mehrfach, telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen, aber niemand war erreichbar. Unsere Buchungsnummer war im System nicht auffindbar. Uns wurde schließlich mitgeteilt, dass wir stornieren müssen, da kein Check-in möglich war. Dadurch mussten wir spontan ein anderes Hotel suchen, was sehr stressig war.
Matthew (1/5): Awful. Do not book. Book anywhere else - Absolutely nothing DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. This isn’t run like a normal hotel. The day before our arrival I reached out to them and heard nothing back. The day we get there I spoke to the reception team who said we couldn’t check in early (fair) and said we had to wait around until 2. We waited and then I asked again only to have 4 members of staff all laughing and joking in their language as I was explaining the situation. They said they couldn’t help. Then someone came and got us and took us to our room which looked nothing like the photos, only to return 2 minutes later and asked us to leave saying he took us to the wrong room. I then asked well can this be sorted and the man stopped the elevator and ran away leaving us with nothing. Only then did the landlord text saying sorry no accomodation for you. So we had to book another hotel having been told to wait there for hours on end. Absolutely useless and the rooms actually are nothing like the photos

KINH TAI (1/5): Bên cho thuê tự ý cho người khác thuê phòng tôi đã book treen booking với giá cao hơn. - Có vẻ như họ muốn lừa gạt Họ cancel cho việc đặt phòng vào giờ tôi đến checkin. Họ đòi giá cao hơn nếu tôi muốn thuê chỗ của họ. Đó là việc vô lý và không lương thiện.
Stolbennikova (1/5): - Никому не рекомендую эти апартаменты и не конкретно у этого собственника а у всех, не рекомендую конкретно эти здания. Овер букинг 5 раз был, не умеют отключать видимо автоматическое подтверждение, поэтому если вы забронируете Лэндмарк не факт что будет место. И эта история произошла с апартаментами этого комплекса не только у меня. Конкретно к этому аппарату претензии: грязная мебель, сомнения по поводу чистоты белья полотенец, не соответствие картинке, грязные стены. Ремонт в 8 утра с перфоратором. Помимо этого забыли отдать ключ карту, при этом сказали что отдали ее. После того как я предъявила фото что ее забрал букер - не отвечали, потом ответили что принесут и ждала я ключ карту полчаса. Заезда ждала 40 минут. Цена отличалась при заселении. Не работала оплата безналом

When you were booked on booking.com was a good price but when you are arrived they disappeared didnt answer your call then someone said they were staff of this property and said their boss wanted to increase the price to double, when you said no with this then they turn off the phone. I saw at least 5 others family had the same situation like us. Thats a scram so upset The owner of the property

Hatcher (1/5): The owner was a no show and we had to quickly find new accommodation. Don't book here! - I liked that the owner took our booking, allowed me to get a taxi there with my family and wait in a lovely foyer for almost an hour before cancelling our booking as a room was not ready. This was about 4pm in the afternoon. They cancelled our booking while we waited for the owner to let us in. We didn't know the area - my kids were upset and worried as I had to find another hotel / apartment right away. That the owner didn't care about us and left us stranded.
