funatiker (7/5): - Sehr gute Lage zum Strand und sehr ruhige Umgebung. Toller Startpunkt für Ausflüge zu Fuss, per Rad oder Auto. Ca. 5 Minuten entfernt Bushaltestelle, 27 nach Binz und zurück. Busfahrt kostenlos mit Binzer Bucht Card/Kurkarte. Ca. alle 30 Min. Edeka in der Nähe eher mit Fahrrad oder Auto. Gute Küchenausstattung. Bad super Dusche. Ein Schlafzimmer zur Parkplatzseite. Gardinen leider viel zu weit abstehend vom Fenster. Nachts taghell und abends bei Sonne sehr heiß im SZ. Auch SZ zur Gartenseite könnte zum Sonnenaufgang deutlich dunkler sein. Zur Gartenseite abends sehr viele Mücken, Autan dringend mitnehmen, nervt. Aber zum Glück alle SZ vorn und hinten mit Mückengitter, toll. Zum Eingang bitte zusätzlich dunkle bodenlange Gardinen für abends anbringen und auch hilfreich bei Hitze, wenn nachmittags die Sonne auf die Fenster "ballert". Große Hitze im Wohnzimmer.
