I had to check the picture of the place and drag my bag along until I find the place based on the picture

• Duping (8/5): - It is a bit far from the center but the good thing is tram is just in front of the apartment. Stores and some shops are just beside the place. The apartment was also close to Naviglio Grande. The water kettle was not working but others are okay. Huge bathroom was a plus.

• Ossayad (7/5): Good - Good location and air conditioning in the room. Studio a bit old - sofa and carpet used and not so clean. Unconvenient bathtub with the low ceiling - we're not tall but still hit our heads there quite a few times.
• Evangelia (10/5): Experience 10/10 - Our experience was 10/10! Everything was perfect, great location near the center, clean apartment with good temperature and comfortable bed. It had everything that we needed and It was exactly as it looks at the photos. Also the person who is responsible for the customer service helped us immediately when we called her. We recommend it! The only problem that we faced is that on the website it is indicated that the apartment is located in the building 5a. However, we called the person who was responsible and she helped us. She explained to us that we need to go to building 5 that it was besides it.

• Aidan (8/5): Weekend break - The apartment is in a great location, beside the tram, bars and restaurants, it was quiet and all you need for a weekend stay, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot. Communicating with the host was easy and they were friendly. Unfortunately it was cold, there was a small electric fan that I guess was to heat the apartment but it wasn’t very good plus with no hot radiators it was impossible to dry your towels are a shower.

• Ales (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location near historic center and very near to nightlife, but apartment is well oriented and quiet. Everything you need to have a pleasant stay in Milano.
• Catherine (7/5): Good - Was clean and well appointed They gave me the wrong address and didn't supply the device to work the air conditioner which was huge because there are no screens and lots of mosquitoes
• Cagatay (2/5): Very poor property management - The only good thing about this place is its location. I rarely give negative comments on booking but this one deserves one. Let's start with the address. On booking it says 5a but in fact it's 5 so the one apartment before or next depends on where you entered the street. We learned it when we had to call the number that they provided to open the main door of the building. We had to make a video call with a guy and had to show him around the street. Because he kept asking where we were. He said the next building and it was number 7. I told him on booking it says 5a but he insisted. We entered the building number 7 with all of our luggage and went up to the 5th floor as mentioned in the confirmation message that they sent. Guess what, there was no keybox for the keys. Because it was the wrong building!! While talking with this guy we had to go back to the street once again and show him around. These people impotent to just tell you the number is "5" instead of putting you through all these hassles. The keybox.. on the confirmation message, they give you a code to open it. Funny enough, the box is always open because the locking mechanism is not working properly. I will get back to that point later. The washing machine... If you are planning to use it just forget it. First of all, the machine is not well maintained and it has a horrible smell. If you still want to use it then there is a big surprise for you because it's not working. I didn't even bother to call these guys about this issue because I was afraid they would end up going to the wrong apartment. The checkout... Remember the broken keybox.. they ask you to put the keys back to that box and change the code when you checkout. That thing is not even working. I placed the keys inside the box and I left. I also sent them a picture. They immediately called me back to tell me this would be the worst thing I could do. They asked me to place the keys on the table inside and close the door behind. Long story short, poor property management.
