• Janet (10/5): Perfect - Great space for six adults, close to tram for easy access to city. Carlo an excellent host, met us at the tram stop, gave us tips about the area, shops, restaurants etc. Kitchen well equipped and stocked with essentials.
• Alicia (10/5): Un piso totalmente equipado y muy bien ubicado. - La estancia fue excelente, Carlo estuvo atento en todo momento, antes de llegar y durante la estancia para que todo estuviera lo mejor posible. Las habitaciones tienen todas aire acondicionado y está totalmente equipado: toallas para cada huésped, gel y champú, café... La entrega de llaves fue en mano y nos enseñaron todo en persona, nos dejó también recomendaciones de sitios para ir a comer y visitar. Se puede llegar al centro dando un paseo o en 10 minutos en tram, a 3 minutos de la casa. Un lugar recomendable sin duda.

• Melinda (10/5): A beautiful Florentine home away from home. - This apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. It was located away from the center but very close to the tram which made it easy to get around and see all the sights. Carlo was an amazing host and even met us at the tram stop. A great place for a group or family. Will definitely stay here again.

• Amanda (10/5): Eclectic stylish apartment in the heart of Florence - The apartment is in an excellent location. The tram is a 2 min walk away and takes you direct to SMN station. There is also a bus down the hill and there is a lovely square nearby with restaurants and cafes which are excellent The apartment itself is so spacious and 2 of the bedrooms have a view of the duomo It has 4 bedroom and 3 bath with a spacious living room and kitchen Spotlessly clean and all the amenities you need Carlo the host is so eager to help in any way and could t be more charming We definitely want to return as the whole experience was exceptional I couldn’t fault the apartment

The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating of our group’s needs, providing us with useful information before our arrival. The apartament is spacious and cozy, with all necessary utilities at your disposal. Its location is also great, about 10 minutes away from the main train station in the city and a pleasant walk away from the historical center, which is super useful. Amazing location for groups, as we were a group of 8 people and we had plenty of space and comfort. Nothing to complain about, everything was great. One last warm thank you to our hosts!

It is only a few blocks to the tram, which is easy to use and get to the heart of Florence. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and well cared for. Carlo is a wonderful host. n/a
• Carol (9/5): Comfortable but warm - Loved the property, access wasn’t hard and location pretty good. That we could not control the a/c. It was set at 23 and when you have been running around and want a cool place, this wasn’t the case. Otherwise I would have given it a 10 all the way!

• Yunyan (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is super clean. The owner cleaned the palce by himself. Inside is very new. It has three full bathrooms anf four bedrooms, all are clean and new. The hotwater is great, no problem at all even two showers are running at the same time. If you like clean and new place, this is for sure the one. Walk a few minutes to the tram to go to downtown. Sometimes we walked back from downtown, it.is.about 30- 35 minutes walk. Sometimes it is even faster theb waiting for bus.

The apartment was amazing! It had everything we needed and was a perfect location from which to explore Florence. The tram stop was very close which made it very covenient to get to the main train station. It was a wonderful place to stay. Thank you Carlo & Betta! We do not have anything negative to say about this place. Everything was excellent.

Handy to have the television to watch a film in the evenings if you want to. The host Carlo was very helpful and welcoming. • Nadine (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was very spacious and clean. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, it is very suitable for a group or a family. Nothing is missing, even for a longer stay. The contact with Carlo was uncomplicated and extremely friendly. He gave us lots of great information about the city. The tram is a 2 minute walk from the flat and takes guests directly to the centre. Price/performance ratio unbeatable. Many thanks to Carlo - and Forza Viola (tranne giovedì prossimo) :-)

• Edward (10/5): Exceptional - Elizabetta and Carlo are the perfect hosts. Their home is beautiful, clean, and is well provisioned. The beds are comfortable. The location is convenient to transportation, restaurants, and stores. We had a rental car that was more of a hassle than convenience due to very limited parking. Having to leave.
