Stephanie (7/5): Apartment served our purposes, but meager amenities and poor communication. - Location is 5 minutes to beach, buses, groceries and bars. Apartment room layout is good (all rooms separate). Building nice. Nice balcony. Good size television. Heating didn’t work (sometimes at all) and had lots of issues. Communication was poor, in terms of dealing with heating issues. Comfortable sofa was taken out in first week and exchanged for an uncomfortable update. We had to augment kitchen implements: teaspoons, spatula, mugs, large frying pan, baking sheet, kitchen knife, as well as hangers and Draino for tub issues.

MARIE (6/5): nous aurions apprécié être prévenus des nuisances de l'Hôtel Los Patos et être accueillis à l'arrivé - appartement propre, bien équipé (clim, ventilateur au plafond), cuisine équipée mais manque un grille pain. Evacuation du lavabo salle de bain difficile et remise d'un seul jeu de clefs la résidence se situe dans un complexe hotelier (Hotel Los Patos) qui est très bruyant (cris et hurlements d'enfants jusqu'à une heure du matin). Sur l'annonce de Booking, notre hôte devait nous accueillir mais personne n'est venu, beaucoup de difficultés à communiquer. Nous pensions être rattachés à l'Hôtel qui finalement ne connaissait pas cet appartement, ce n'est donc qu'un R BNB déguisé !!!

La viajera Mamen (9/5): Gran ubicación cerca de la playa - Que las estancias del apartamento son independientes y lo cerca de la playa. La plaza de garaje es un poco complicada para aparcar.

Ebony (1/5): After 3 weeks I'm still waiting for my deposit - The apartment was very clean and nice My 300Euros deposit was never refunded by the company. Really bad customer service... The hosts were either very slow at replying or never replied
