• Haubenberger (1/5): Die Erfahrungen mit dieser Unterkunft und den dazugehörigen Unterkunftgebern war extrem schlecht - Zum Appartment führt eine uralte steile desolate "Holztreppe", die eher einem Heubodenaufstieg gleicht, die Stufen waren desolat und gefährlich, das Geländer wackelig und unsicher! Wir können uns nicht vorstellen, dass dieser Zugang den Bauvorschriften entspricht. Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und haben das Quartier aus Sicherheitsgründen abgelehnt und auf auf eigene Kosten ein Ersatzquartier gesucht. Weiters ist der Zugang über die Müllräumlichkeiten eines angrenzenden Gastrobetriebes nicht unbedingt einladend. Der von den Vermietern versprochenen Parkplatz P5 gleich ums Eck existierte nicht. Die Reklamation bereitete enorme Schwierigkeiten, das Ergebnis der Reklamation bleibt noch abzuwarten und es bedarf möglicherweise dem Konsumentenschutz. Die Vermieter waren anfangs nicht erreichbar, bei einem Telefonat am 2. Tag dann äußerst unverschämt und "rotzfrech", wie man in Österreich so schön sagt.

• Federico (8/5): Bella mansarda in centro. - La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima. Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti, bar e supermercati. Il parcheggio anche se a pagamento è vicino. L'appartamento è confortevole e ben riscaldato. Bisogna stare attenti a salire e scendere le scale esterne per accedere all'appartamento perché sono ripide. La cucina è troppo sotto il tetto e bisogna stare attenti a non battere la testa. Il bagno ha la vasca con l'acqua troppo calda e l'accesso un pò difficoltoso.

• Jennifer (10/5): - Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mitten in Velden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind super bequem. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Unser kleiner Pudel hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Nachteil ist, dass man schlecht einen Parkplatz findet, aber das ist wohl immer so, wenn man zentral wohnen möchte.
• Dani (6/5): Pleasant - Central location, comfortable beds. Pricing good. Responsive hosts. Very tired. Would have been good to know about the stairs, we had a lot of luggage. Cheap interior, extension cords everywhere. If you are after something cheap and central this will be good.
• Jakub (8/5): Close, hot and loud - Location was really nice, very close to everything u might need in Velden, apartment was very nice, big,, clean, furnitured, host was very helpfull with every request we had. Washmaschine was a nice surprise, helped us a lot. Closest shop(billa) is about 30 seconds walk from apartment. We were able to cook everything we needed in the kitchen, digestor not working tho.Very close to center of Velden, which was our priority in choosing accomodation. It is located right next to a pub/disco, which was very loud till early hours(during summer season), especially in the room located on that side of the street was sometimes hard to sleep(host provided earplugs for that reason).Area next to the gate with trash bins was not smelling good, but as u walked 2 meters away, smell was gone. Apartment doesnt have ac(yet) so during hot days was hot inside as well, like really hot.
