• Bianca Georgiana (9/5): - La casa è molto accogliente, all'interno ci si trova tutto il necessario per soggiornare al meglio, forno, fornello, bollitore, pentole e corredo per cucina, attrezzati anche per il mare come ombrellone e tenda per il sole, asciugamani, il terrazzo è super carino! Non è stato un problema per noi ma vogliamo essere di aiuto, l'entrata dell'appartamento è in cima a una lunga e ripida rampa di scale di cemento che per una persona disabile o con passeggino è difficile dover portare e fare su e giù. Per una persona disabile non è proprio adatto.
• Christian (10/5): Gibt Nix zu meckern! Würde jederzeit wieder buchen! - Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Alles nötige ist vorhanden für zwei Personen. Die Lage ist sehr gut in der Nähe der Promenade zentral gelegen. Der Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus ist Toll Internet Ultra einfach zu Connecten QR Code scannen und fertig! Keine Ahnung warum sich da manche so schwer mit tun. Die Rollos sind super wenn man doch mal länger schlafen möchte und sind gleichzeitig auch praktisch tagsüber wenn man unterwegs ist das sich das Appartement nicht so aufheizt. Kommunikation lief einwandfrei! etwas mehr Besteck wäre nicht verkehrt zumindest einige kleine Metal Löffel für Kaffee und so. wie oft schon bemängelt die Treppen nach oben sind Nix für jeden! Für uns war es kein Problem! Einige Geräusche sind wahrnehmbar aber kein Drama Wert, das Gebäude hat sicherlich schon viele Jahre hinter sich. Das innere dieses Appartements lässt aber nicht wirklich drauf schließen, es ist Ordentlich und gut gepflegt und ausgestattet! Für Leute die zwar Urlaub machen wollen aber vom Alltag nicht abschalten können und Antworten wie von einem Chatbot erwarten zur jeder Tageszeit ist es vielleicht nicht das richtige. Es würde den Vermietern und Mietern Ärger ersparen auch mal Bewertungen zu lesen und dann reflektiert zu überlegen ist das was für mich! Hatte tatsächlich alles mal gelesen und musste feststellen das außer der Treppe die nun mal nicht nur zu diesem Appartement gehört alles an Mängeln beseitigt worden ist! Der Vermieter kümmert sich bemüht um Verbesserungen! Preisleistung ist wirklich sehr gut 👍 Habe auf Fuerteventura schon sehr viele Wohnungen gesehen und gemietet, diese ist echt Top und empfehlenswert!
• kerstin (1/5): Completely unacceptable - update after host’s reply:The host’s public reply is unfortunately another example of the real problem here: instead of taking responsibility for the condition of the apartment, the guest is attacked personally.​ I contacted the host exactly three times, and every contact was necessary.​ First, we had to wait outside the apartment for more than ​1​h because we had not received the access code for the key box.The reply was that he travels a lot​. Also, according to other comments, missing access codes seem to have happened before.​ Second, the Wi-Fi ​P​W sent by email was wrong. Hours later, the host replied that there had been a new router for some time and sent the correct ​P​W. The obvious question is: why was the correct ​P​W not updated in the standard check-in email that all guests receive?​Third, I contacted the host after seeing the unacceptable condition of the apartment and sent photos as proof: dirty toilet, filthy kitchen equipment, dirty dishes, damaged items, leaking shower, worn-out mattress, a loud refrigerator directly next to the bed, no proper space to hang clothes, and a wardrobe full of clutter and the owner’s belongings.​Calling these three necessary contacts “too many messages” is absurd. A guest should not have to chase the host for the access code, the correct Wi-Fi ​P​W, and a clean, usable apartment.​ I strongly reject the accusation that my review has anything to do with “competition” or “tricks.”This review is about the actual condition of the apartment and the actual experience we had. We checked out the same day because staying overnight was simply not possible.​ The refund does not change the facts. It only confirms that the situation was serious enough for the reservation to be cancelled without fees.​ If a host manages a rental property remotely, then cleanliness, maintenance, correct check-in information, and basic communication still remain the host’s responsibility. Blaming the guest afterwards doe​s´t make the apartment cleaner​.
• Frank (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Tolles Appartement in zentraler Lage mit wunderschönen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Gemütlich eingerichtet und mit vielen Einheimischen als Nachbarn. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Treppe nach oben ist mit Koffer sportlich. Aber dies ist nur bei der Anreise.

• marchand maillet (5/5): Très déçu, malgré un tarif attractif - Studio joliment décoré. Matelas confortable, Salle de bain conforme à la description, Balcon agréable. Mauvaise description dans l'annonce: APPARTEMENT AVEC 1 CHAMBRE c'est un studio! Pas de code pour la boite à clé obligé de contacter le propriétaire par mail. Accès par 60 escaliers(compliqué avec les valises) Pas de cafetière électrique. Ne prévoyez pas de cuisiner, il y a juste une plaque chauffante portative. Le frigo au pied du lit est très bruyant. Wifi ne fonctionnait pas Très mauvaise isolation phonique et thermique (on entend les voisins du dessus réveil à 7H30) Il serait bien de rajouter une climatisation.
• Gerrie (10/5): - Het appartement was heerlijk comfortabel, alles was aanwezig en meer! Water en rose in de koelkast, shampoo, zeep etc in de douche...alles lekker schoon en gezellig ingericht. Zeer tevreden en kom graag terug Het wifi netwerk kreeg ik niet voor elkaar maar heb zelf data dus voor mij geen probleem
• Cloé Hoa Fleur (7/5): Gezellig appartement met zeer goede ligging - Goede locatie dichtbij alle restaurants en winkels. Strand op een paar minuten te voet. Makkelijk sleutels ophalen via kastje met code. Leuk terras. Grote frigo met vriezer. Keuken goed uitgerust. Fijne douche. Wasmachine aanwezig. Proper. Wifi niet aanwezig want router werkte niet, wij hebben de host hiervoor gecontacteerd en gevraagd om een oplossing. De communicatie was traag en uiteindelijk hebben wij onze volledige reis 5G gebruikt. Voor het tweede bed zou er misschien ook beddengoed mogen zijn.

• Pieroni (10/5): Studio de rêve près de la plage du phare de Morro Jable - Appartement sans vis à vis pratique et confortable avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Silencieux et à 5 minutes de l'accès sur la superbe plage du faro de Morro Jable à pied. La terrasse est très agréable tout au long de la journée et le soir. Bien équipé et à côté des commerces et attractions.

At our arrivel there was a bottle of water and wine in the fridge. Which we found very nice after the whole day of travelling. The app was very clean and had everything needed,in the kitchen,balcony,bathroom, etc. Would definetly recommended and book it again.

• Peter (9/5): Superb - Cozy apartment, nearly by beach (7 min) and shopping street (3 min), nice terrace, a lot of facilities and kitchen equipment...) Value for money - the best choice from offers in Morro del Jable. You remember that you must have a PIN COD from a lock box with keys. We arrived later, about 9 - 10pm and we were can´t contact with the host. Fortunately, neighbor helped us.
• Irena (10/5): Exceptional - Very close to the restaurants, shops and beach. The room was clean and it had a nice big bathroom. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils. A lot of stairs to get to the apartment ;)
• Bernadett (10/5): Exceptional - The approach to the apartment was a little surprising. Between two stores, there is a small alley leading up to the height of several floors through narrow, tall stairs. With a big suitcase and bad knees, I don't know how other people get up here?! But it was worth the walk up, amazing apartment with ocean view. I really liked the color harmony of the apartment. Spacious, with a large bed and shower. The reality corresponds to the pictures. The owner is communicative and helpful. Parking is fine. In the bathroom, I spread a rug in front of the toilet. It can be said that it is a residential area, so the presence of the neighbor late at night and early in the morning was disturbing. Nevertheless, we would be happy to stay here another time.
• Martin (10/5): Highly recommend place to stay in the area. - Great location with a beautiful view on the ocean. Very clean and well located. Big plus is that you have all the necessary appliances in the kitchen if you are planning to cook. The host is also very welcoming and responds quickly. Steep stairs leading to the apartment.
