• Ong (9/5): Mosaic serviced Residence Homestay - We had a wonderful stay at this property. Cozy2u provided very detailed information and clear directions before our check-in, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. Their responses to our questions were also very prompt and helpful. The unit was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We also appreciated the thoughtful reminders from the host about important things to take note of during our stay. Overall, my family and I are very satisfied with both the unit and the excellent service provided. We would definitely recommend this place to others. • Mimi (9/5): Wish we could extend our stay - The stay was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the pillows are fluffy. I have a sinus problem and thus I can’t sleep on pillows that are too flat. This is the only place where they provide good quality pillows. The room smells nice too, no musky odour at all. Only a 5mins drive to mid valley south key, suitable for families with elderly and children. But please take the car, as walking to the shopping centre can be taxing. NIL

• Wilson (8/5): Excellent and will stay again if there is opportunity. - Overall cleanliness and comfort. Nice and prompt host in addressing our needs and queries, with clear instructions for check-in/out and parking. Nothing for a short stay.
• Erni (9/5): Good clean stay, would recommend to fellow sgporeans who are fussy with cleanliness - - Cleanliness as per photo - Fast and prompt replies from the property people - Short waiting time for lift - Got small foodcourt downstairs, convenient to grab breakkie - With kids and elderlies, we still need to grab to midvalley, so this adds to cost. But for adults the distance seems manageable to walk. - Shower in second toilet is not hot enough despite hot water switch outside is on and the hot water knob inside is on max. Shower drain is also easily clogged. - Slight odor on the second bedroom, maybe can spray air freshener. - Bowls and utensils are nice. Pan has slight rust. - Someone mentioned the aircon light on second bedroom. It was indeed a bit bright to sleep lol

• Kaili (10/5): Cozy and comfortable! - Check in was easy and host was responsive. 1 set of access cards provided and i asked for another set, which host provided promptly too. Beds and Sofa were very comfortable. Corner with beanbags was adds to the coziness. It was nice to have that corner to just chill, listen to music and catch up over a drink. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Will book again next time. Water pressure from showerheads in both toilets were not strong. Makes showering a little frustrating. However, water pressure from toilet sinks were fine. May be the showerhead issue so host may want to consider changing the showerheads. Other than that, everything else was great.

• Mei Leng (9/5): A nice and cozy apartment, great for friends and family outings. Highly recommended. - Mr Gan and his team were totally professional. They gave clear instructions with pictures and videos to help you envisage how to register with the guards, enter, move through the property, where to collect the keys and which parking lot to park your car. They were also very responsive to any questions and requests. Excellent service! The property is as pictured.....clean and in good condition. My travel party was happy with our stay. It is a 10mins walk to The Mall Mid Valley Southkey and to a number of well-known restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. There is nothing to dislike.

• Soo (10/5): Nice place to stay for the night in JB Mosaic Southkey - Like the space. It was spacious enough for 5 of us. And everything was provided including syampoo, slippers in bathrooms, fridge, air-conditioning, bath wash, towels, pans, cups, tv with Netflix, wifi. We do not need to boil any water on our own as there is a water filter provided. It is clean and well lighted. Next door downstairs there is a food court. Not much that I didn't like. Except that the small room aircond temperature numbers lighted up at night. As i like everything dark to sleep. But i think this is personal preference. My mom slept well though. Otherwise everything else is good.

All queries were responded in a timely manner. Location was excellent, near mid valley. There is a coffeeshop just outside the condo. Very convenient for breakfast. A relaxing stay for my family of 5.
• Chan (10/5): Perfect relaxing gateway - This is the first time I'm staying in Airbnb in JB as normally I will chose hotel instead. Definitely exceeding my expectations ! It's clean, spacious and has all the facilities that we needed like hair dryer, microwave and they even equipped with a warm/cool water dispenser! Love the fact that we can laze around instead of just cooping on the bed whole day if stay in the hotel room. Definitely will stay here again for future short gateway. Kudos to Mr. Gan and his team for their customer service. Keep up the great job !

• Rebecca (9/5): Love the stay! Would come back! - Location is pretty good with some convenient yummy restaurants just downstairs so it's easy to have a meal if don't want to drive out. Provision of water dispenser and washing machine is great! The layout of the living room is so comfy and I love that they provided Netflix too! Very comfy for a family of 4! Host was super responsive and provided laundry detergent when I commented that they had run out! Water dispenser doesn't have cold water so we filled our bottles with normal water to chill overnight in the fridge. Gave feedback to host and they bought a jug for storing water in fridge! Also didn't really have a drying rack to dry the clothes after washing.
• Ivy (9/5): Fantastic value - Clean and spacious. Has all facilities that we needed, hair dryer, washing machine, microwave and it even has a warm/cool water dispenser! Cooking stove in unit as well. Toiletries and towels provided. And it came equipped with wifi and even NETFLIX, all for an affordable 2 night stay! Just head downstairs for local coffeeshop with an array of food. And just 5-10min away from Midvalley shopping mall. Owner is kind Mr Gan, he makes sure you have everything you need for a good stay! So kindly gifted us souvenir key chains as well. We definitely will come back and highly highly recommend this 2 bedder unit! Common toilet has a musky smell, maybe due to condo sewage piping
• Fcc (10/5): Exceptional - I extended my stay to 8 days. I have nothing but compliments for the clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment. A huge bonus was the super response of the host ( Mr Gan and his team) with detailed instructions as to registration, parking, and various questions we have during the stay. We had an issue with Netflix ( my fault for accidentally resetting it). It was rather late at night ( 11pm +), but Mr Gan responded rather promptly. We are highly appreciative of it..We extended our stay further and Mr Gan helped us with another of his apartment at Platinno. It is an another clean and spacious place with Iron Man and some Lego arts. We will for sure use their services again. Tks

Top notch facilities such as Samsung TV, ceiling fans, aircons, water dispenser, hot showers, big beds, cozy sofa and even the switches are great. 2. Amazing service with nicely folded towels, quick responses to any queries. 3. Best view and great mall within walking distance. 4. Love Maison, David and his cocktails just around the corner. • Chan (1/5): Bad - The service is very poor. We only allow to have one key tag with 5persons stay. If one left the room with the key tag. The rooms will power cut off cause very inconveniane to us. And the parking space too we have to keep on changing the parking space while other Park our space. The washing basin water pipe is block too. Drain age very slow. Remote Control never service out of battery level. Kitchen cooking utensils not supplied too as advertised.

• Ana (8/5): Overall, we are happy with our stay. - The property is as advertised, roomy, cosy & close to coffee shops & Midvalley shopping centre is 5 minutes by car. The coffee shops nearby open from 7 am to 11 pm is handy for breakfast & supper. The owner is friendly & volunteered to help/provide travel tips. Nothing to dislike.
