• Ana Maria (7/5): Madrid, ciudad que te sorprende en - Buena ubicación, cerca de Atocha, Puerta del Sol y lugares de interés turístico a los que se puede acceder caminando. De no ser así, está a corta distancia de 2 estaciones de Metro. Hay muchos restoranes y cafeterías en la zona. Se nos permitió el ingreso antes de la hora prevista y la relación con nuestro anfitrión, aunque siempre fue virtual, fue fluída y atendiendo a nuestras consultas y reclamos. El alojamiento tiene buenas dimensiones por ser un estudio, con excelente iluminación y bien provisto de menaje. El departamento está en un 2do. piso de escalera de un edificio antiguo con iluminación algo lúgubre, deberían estar mejor iluminadas las escaleras y los pasillos. Es un departamento con mucho potencial pero le falta mantenimiento: el sistema del blackout de una ventana estaba roto, uno de los veladores no se pudo utilizar porque el toma corriente tenía un desperfecto, el inodoro perdía un poco de agua al realizar la descarga. La puerta de ingreso tiene un buen sistema de cerramiento con seguridad pero deberían haberse sacado los tres cerrojos antigüos, ya en desuso, y mejorar la estética de la puerta. Vale aclarar que para llegar al edificio se necesita un gran esfuerzo físico por cuanto es una zona con calles en subida por lo que no es recomendable para las personas con problemas de salud o de movilidad.
• Sarah (8/5): Lovely, well equipped studio in a great location near to Reina Sofia museum and Retiro Park - The location was fantastic, so many interesting places including the Reina Sofia museum and Retiro Park were walkable with other attractions often only four or five metro stops away. Great choice of bars and tavernas nearby to suit many budgets. A very handy grocery store, open late into the evening was only minutes away and the nearest metro only a couple of minutes further on. The studio, on the second floor (no lift) was well equipped with a large fridge freezer, an efficient induction hob and a microwave rather than a conventional oven, however we only ate in a couple of evenings anyway but great for breakfasts and preparing lunch to take out on day trips. The shower had a good pressure, visitors staying longer would probably appreciate the washing machine although we didn't need to use it. The air con was useful too. Everything was clean and well presented as per the listing. There was no upfront payment required against damages and the late check in charge was well advertised so we knew we had to pay that amount in cash upon arrival. We didn't see a compact drainer we could use for our dishes, which meant the one tea towel provided got wet very quickly, I would suggest a second towel for visitors staying more than a few nights (maybe there was and we didn't see it). Personally I found the double bed a little on the soft side however other visitors may prefer this.

• Éva (5/5): Túlárazott. - Az ágyneműk és a törölköző jó minőségű volt. Aránylag közel van a lakás a látnivalókhoz és a tömegközlekedéshez. Aránylag jól felszerelt a konyha és a fürdő. Nem lehetett becsukni a nagy ablakot ezért hideg volt és minden zaj behallattszott a szomszédoktól, alig lehetett aludni. Mások zuhanyzása és WC lehúzása úgy hallatszott, mintha nálunk ömlene le egy vízesés. Az ajtók csukódása, a lépcsőn járás, minden hallatszott. Szerencsére csak aludni jártunk a lakásban, de az sem volt pihentető. A szállásadó plusz 30 eurót szeretett volna elkérni az este 8 órás kulcsátvételért a több, mint 1000 eurós szállásdíj mellett, mindössze 16-18 óra között biztosítják az ingyenes bejutást. Végül felajánlották, hogy egy csomagmegőrzőben teszik le a kulcsot (ingyen).

• Atsuko (9/5): またマドリードに行くことがあれば検討したい。 - 立地も清潔感も良い。鍵を開けるのにコツが必要だけど、飲食店も近いし治安も悪く無い。 ちょうど前の道路が工事中で歩道が狭くて荷物を運ぶのが大変だった。 物音が結構するので神経質な人は眠りを妨げられるかもしれない。
