Kerri (2/5): Very poor - Good location Pedro the owner rude on text when I asked about the shower not getting hot for very long. They have a limited supply of water. Not suitable to be running without this being looked at many complaints over the years. Mould in the shower, kitchen tap faulty and nearly falling off that my mother received burns and treatment from. Trying to get hold of them regarding any of this is not happening so I hope others see this and are warned.
Raissa (1/5): Mouldy Apartment & Unhelpful Rude Host - The location. The bathroom ceiling was covered in thick mould and the entire building was damp with very poor ventilation. When addressing the mould for health reasons, the owner was extremely unhelpful, rude, & basically told us there was nothing he would / could do because it wasn't his fault that the upstairs neighbours had leaky pipes... (?) No solutions or support. I had to contact cleaning staff (that were extremely kind & understanding) who eventually agreed to clean the active mould. I was very glad my stay was only two days.

Margaret (7/5): Central location for sightseeing & shopping - Central location for getting to sightseeing destinations in Madrid. Close to 2 metro stations making travel from Chamartin quick & simply. Also easy reach of airport. Bus stop nearby. 5-6mins walk Gran Via. Communal areas cleaned regularly, rubbish bins in rear courtyard. Studio apartment clean on arrival. 3 supermarkets within 3-4mins walk plus 24hr minimarket. Poorly equipped kitchen. Addition of side plates, dessert/cereal bowls, vegetable knife, bread board, chopping board & some bowls/jugs to use in microwave would greatly improve kitchen & cost little to provide. I have mentioned this direct to owner & this may already be rectified.
Yiran (5/5): regret for the stay ,WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN , NOT SUGGESTED - good location super dirty,smell bad, bugs at bathroom , no enough water for shower. stove super slow ,staff not helpful
