• Kaelyn (9/5): - This place was perfect for two people. It was very, very clean and lots of amenities were provided, like silverware, pans, and plates. The bed and couch were very comfortable. The location was walking distance to many attractions while still being in a quiet, safe part of the city. Though the apartment is on the ground floor and street, we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable once. The property managers were very communicative, helpful, and nice! The hot water doesn’t last beyond 15 min. The door lock was hard to work at time. The upstairs neighbors were VERY noisy. They would often bounce what sounded like a basketball above the bed, and like there was construction going on. But, we understand that the property manager can not control this.
• Maria Belen (7/5): - El alojamiento corresponde con las fotos publicadas, estaba muy limpio y cuenta con vajilla completa, ropa de cama y toallas. Previo al ingreso la agencia de alquiler envia un mail con varios requisitos a completar que superan los de booking, incluyendo el pago de un monto de dinero para cubrir posibles roturas. Las instrucciones del check in llegaron 10 minutos antes del ingreso porque las solicité por mail y WhatsApp. El wifi funcionó muy mal toda la estadía. A pesar de tener una cocina equipada, no se cuenta con ingredientes basicos como sal, aceite o café que facilitan el uso en estadias cortas..

• Julie (6/5): Short stay - Apartment was clean and well equipped 20 min walk into centre Apartment opened straight onto a busy street and road so had to keep shutters down and was noisy. Claustrophobic Wifi was patchy Having to download an app to use electronic key was annoying Just a suggestion but more info would be useful, ie there is an ironing board under the lift up bed, how to use appliances etc.
• Florian (1/5): The Place is okay, the additional fees are not - On it's own the accomodation is decent. To get the key code you either have to pay a non refundable safety deposit of around 19 Euros or a 300 Euro refundable deposit via credit card, which can take weeks to refund. These additional charges go against booking.coms policies, as they confirmed to me. Since you aren't getting access to the apartment without paying, they are simply extorting you, since most people won't pay 300 Euros to some unknown entity outside of booking.coms own transaction system.

• Alison (10/5): A lovely well equipped base for exploring Madrid. - Firstly the location! We were in Madrid for a concert at La Riviera and the apartment was just across the street. It was a pleasant 20 minute walk into town for the second day when we spent the day seeing the sights. The property was beautifully clean and modern. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. Nothing!
• Catherine (10/5): Overall a wonderful stay in Madrid. - The property is quite nice and very near city buses that will take you to the center. Although not in the center but still a great location. Towels could be a bit better and it would have been nice to have coffee to make in the mornings.

• Kristiāna (6/5): Pleasant - Great location - near the centre. Clean apartment. Fast communication with staff. Location is great but you almost living on the street - when you open the window or doors - you are brutally on the street where everyone is walking around your window. We didnt have towels for two persons and wifi is working with interruptions but the good thing - staff resolved this problem the next day. If you wanna make a tea or coffee - there is none of them, also in the apartment we cannot find the kettle.

• Tünde (8/5): Very good - The accommodations and location were excellent. However, there was a disturbance on the weekend when a group of young people partied outside our door until the early morning hours.
