- lim (1/5): WORST stay. Deposit refund was only made after 65-day with legal action taken - BAD BAD BAD. Terrible Deposit Refund Process. NIGHTMARE. The refund was only made by the hotel host after delay of 65-day from the date of checking-out, with repeated reminders/follow-ups (more than 6 times) via WhatsApp. At the end, I need to consult a lawyer to issue the Letter of Demand to the hotel host and lodged complaint to consumer association in order to get back my deposit refund. RIDICULOUS indeed.
