• SE PERMITEN MASCOTAS: Bajo petición y consulta antes de reservar (se debe contactar antes de reservar). Las mascotas TIENEN un suplemento de 40€ EUR por estancia. Se admiten perros guía de forma gratuita.
• No hay cunas ni camas supletorias disponibles. El alojamiento está perfectamente definido en su descripción (nº de habitaciones, de camas, etc…). Se admiten reservas de hasta 10 personas entre adultos y niños. El huésped debe valorar si las condiciones y descripciones del apartamento se ajustan a sus necesidades antes de confirmar su reserva.
• CHECK-IN: La entrada es a partir de las 14:00h. Bajo petición y consulta se puede recibir su equipaje a partir de las 11:30h.

- meencantaunmapa (9/5): - Pues pudimos hospedarnos 6 adultos, 1 adolescente, y 3 niños. Hay parada de metro a 2 min. 2 camas matrimonio, y el resto nos repartimos en 2 sillones cama. Ideal para dormir y turistear. Pena que solo tenga un baño. La ducha cómoda pero había que tener mucho cuidado con el agua porque se salía.

Unos bajos reformados chapuseramente, ducha la mampara es tan antigua que no corre, olor cloaca, sartenes desgastados etc, suelo roto, con 2 sabanas para los sofá camas y una no cubre el sofá, puertas y ventanas por donde se cuela el aire, en fin nada q ver con las fotos, yo sí q tome fotos reales aunq no se aprecia lo mal q está

Entry was easy with a smartphone. Shower was hot and felt great after a long day in the city. Close to DIA grocery store and a lot of coffee options. The property seemed a little old with some issues with the floor in a few places and doors. It was a little odd that the door was on a semi busy street but at no time did we feel unsafe. Some instructions on what to do with garbage etc. would have been nice but when we messaged the host, they responded immediately.

- Celeste (10/5): Viaje en familia tranquilo y fácil aparcamiento - La ubicación, en la avenida a 150 metros se puede coger el bus ( línea 3) que te deja justo en la gran vía si vas de ocio. que sea un bajo fué muy cómodo al viajar con una mascota.
