• Claire (9/5): Great for Solo Travel in close proximity to the station - Really enjoyed my stay, Livia was really helpful and accommodating, the suite was spotlessly clean and bed was super comfortable. Great location only a 10 minute walk to Central Station or two stops down on the number 10 tram. Would definitely stay again! Not the fault of the owners but there was quite a lot of noise of the first night from the road outside with constant police car sirens going off, even though the property is well glazed. I had to leave the tv on to drown out the noise to try and sleep. Also couldn’t seem to find any cutlery in the kitchen just cooking pans etc.

Pulizia adeguata. Vicino alla stazione Centrale, raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti, ma, ad essere pignoli, il trasporto pubblico è limitato.

• Michelle (9/5): Melhor custo benefício para apenas uma noite. - A comunicação com a anfitriã foi ótima. Rápida nas respostas e super acertavas. Ficamos apenas uma noite pois precisávamos pegar o trem pela manha, localização ótima pois fica a 10 minutos andando da estação de trem. Ficaria mais dias inclusive neste apartamento. A limpeza estava impecável, tínhamos tudo na cozinha se caso cozinhássemos ( o que não foi o caso). não houve nada que não gostamos. Tudo estava em perfeitas ordens.

• King Wah (9/5): Good stay in Milan - The property is in excellent condition. Very new, well maintained and well outfitted. Livia, the host is VERY VERY helpful, and provided recommendations to restaurants. We had an excellent dinner from her recommended restaurant, which was nearby. The property is also reasonably close to metro station entrances. I underestimated how challenging it was to walk 800m from the Milano Centrale train station, while with family, all rolling large suitcases. So,.... if you only have light luggage, no problem. If you have large suitcases, eeer..... it will be more work.

• Joanna (7/5): Modern, clean, comfortable, compact apartment - Apartment was well furnished, comfortable, with modern furnishings, art and amenities and really clean. Self access was really easy While apartment looked to be close to the central station it was a bit of a walk across a number of main roads when you had to carry/wheel luggage, and the nearest Metro was a bit of a walk too. Because we were only there for one night it was a bit annoying

• Yury (1/5): It's a bad experience - The location is very good. Close to the train station and the center. It's very noisy. The apartment is on the first floor. Buses and cars pass by the windows. People are constantly talking near the windows. Sleeping is bad. The day before moving in, the landlady demanded extra money in cash. There was no time to look for another option, so I had to pay. But it was not enough and she demanded that I left her the extra payment at the check-out. The rent turned out to be 50% higher than it was. Not recommended
• Yen (8/5): A little bit more goes a long way - Easy direction to collect keys. And host even offer to store luggage since I'm looking to check in early. Even though did not do so (because of flight delay), still a great communication from host. Room is clean and spacious as advertised. The kettle was not working when I'm there. so host was able to replace one as well. I was expecting a bit more on the "accoutrements" side of things in the kitchen and bathroom - ie, there's no basic condiments like cooking oil, sugar, salt, coffee, tea, etc; and there's only a bottle of hand washing liquid. I don't remember if it was stated in the booking or not, but it would greatly pleases future guests if it was provided.

The host was incredibly responsive, staying in touch throughout the entire visit and promptly addressing any questions I had. Their attentiveness really made the experience feel personalized.
