Destaca la limpieza impecable, la amabilidad del personal y la comodidad de las habitaciones, ideales para un buen descanso. El restaurante ofrece un ambiente agradable y comida deliciosa, y el hotel cuenta con parqueadero y wifi funcionando correctamente, lo cual suma mucha practicidad. Como sugerencia de mejora, sería ideal incluir una nevera en las habitaciones y disponer de cafetera y agua en las zonas comunes para mayor comodidad de los huéspedes.

• Sandra Tatiana (8/5): Cómodo y tranquilo - Las instalaciones son bellísimas y el personal es muy amable, nos ayudaron con todas las inquietudes y solicitudes durante nuestra instancia. Uno de los servicios que nos atrajo del hotel era el jacuzzi y la piscina, que por el clima no fue posible usar dado que funciona por paneles solares y en en los días de estadía no hizo el suficiente sol. En las noches quisimos hacer uso de ellas pero no había agua caliente para poder usarlas.

Nach vorne wohl sehr laut, die zum Innenhof liegenden Zimmer leise. - Hinter dem immer unscheinbaren Strassenfassade verbirgt sich zum Innenhof ein kleines sauberes Hotel mit Swimmingpool. Sehr freundliches Personal, alle sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist allerdings sehr einfach: „Huevos fritos o revueltos“. Das Zimmerfenster ging zum offenen Gang hinaus. Dh wenn man im Bett lag und etwas Frischluft hineinließ, lag man für die anderen Gäste wie auf einem Präsentierteller.

No había agua caliente, nos dijeron que si había agua caliente, pero en realidad era agua tibia.
• Miguel (9/5): Excelente hotel dentro de San Agustín - Está idóneamente situado en medio de la calle principal del pueblo por lo que es perfecto para visitarlo. Tiene una hermosa piscina que cuenta con un jacuzzi con agua caliente, algo único en San Agustín. El hotel está nuevo, la habitación es amplia y luminosa. El desayuno es muy correcto y las vistas desde el restaurante son lindas. El personal es muy amable y simpático. Volveríamos sin duda, nos parece el mejor hotel dentro del pueblo. Falta una neverita en la habitación, aunque sirven bebidas en el hotel, siempre es cómodo tenerlas en la habitación. Quizás por estar en la habitación esquinera nos encontramos con que la mesa que está enfrente de la terraza de la habitación se llenaba de gente que hablaba ruidosamente.

Staff very friendly and helpful. San Agustín is a charming place to stay. Lots of good restaurants and people very friendly. Easy to get out to see the archaeological sites in the area. Stunning scenery.

• Mark (10/5): Amazing location, staff and quality of hotel and service - Owner was super helpful organizing a taxi for me last minute to go see some sights like the San Agustin Archaeoligical park and get the going rate for taxi services and other things in town. They did all my laundry the same day.

• Valencia (10/5): Will be my go-to place in the future! - I loved this hotel. For those of us who were going elsewhere and have been roughing it for a bit this hotel is a nice reset. The staff are great, kind, and while the check in process takes a bit longer it is well worth the wait. The room is spacious, brand new, clean - it was exactly what I was looking for. Chances are I'll be staying and going to San Agustin once more. There's one thing I do know - I'm not staying anywhere else but here. Everything was perfect.
• Eric (9/5): Very nice comfortable hotel in a good location with an excellent staff. - Hotel was in a great location. The rooms were very clean and plenty comfortable, if maybe a little small and somewhat stuffy unless you opened the door to the patio. The showers were great, although the body wash didn't suds up very well. The breakfast was good - the eggs super fresh and same with the fruit. The coffee was good. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. It is excellent value for money. Not deluxe, but unless you plan to spend most of your trip in the hotel room, that is sort of irrelevant. Nothing I can think of. As I mentioned, the provided body wash didn't suds up very well. The only other thing is a gripe that I have with almost all hotels in places where it is suggested that you don't drink the water. After the first welcome bottle of water, drinking water cost money. Seems to me that in locations where the local water isn't potable, potable water ought to be provided for free.

There was a large party with an extremely loud band in the hotel while we were there. Fortunately they finished up not too late but it made the stay not so great for us.

They as well as the staff, Fernando, Mauricio, Diego, Sergio, Amparo and Marina filled everyone of our needs. Hotel had all we needed and facilities were in great condition. Beds were comfortable and everything was cleaned and disinfected daily. Staff was super friendly and attentive, breakfast was made to order and always fresh coffee, juice, and eggs to your liking. Dinner was great but you'll have to let them know earlier in the day if you'll be eating in. We had local musicians serenade us one night for someone's birthday and the staff was so super attentive and made it such a great night for us. Will defitnitely go back again

• Peter (7/5): Way to expensive for what you get - The pool was nice but only had 2 chairs for a hotel that could accommodate 50.. room was modern, bed comfortable Room was small with no room for a wardrobe, one bedside table and nowhere to put luggage, bathroom also tiny one hook to hang towels, breakfast poor scrambled eggs and dry bread no butter, jam, fruit, tea only coffee to drink, poor sound insulation couldn't have window open and with no fan or AC and no ice available when we asked, so hot at night, if opened window noise from neighbors and their cigarette smoke came into the room. No free water in room, as this was 290k not acceptable

• Catherine (9/5): Superb - I stayed in Dec 2023. The hotel is very new and everything is super clean. I was given a warm welcome from José-David and Fernando and the restaurant was able to accommodate my late arrival. Soundproofing could have been better.

But after excursions during the day it's nice to rest at night. Great staff. All of them smart and helpful. Mauricio and Diego at the reception, Fernando as waiter and handyman, Mari cooking and Marina cleaning the rooms. They organise tours for you. Jam for breakfast would be nice

• Mauricio (7/5): Good - I´m updating my review as after my complain, management contact me to solve the situation. They also explained how my feedback helped them to improve and the measurements taken. Finally I have my shoes and a gift form them. We left a couple of shoes in the balcony and only noticed after our departure. We called to reception twice and they committed to review with the staff and return back the staff but never happened. This killed the whole positive experience
