• amparo (8/5): Es una pena que en un apartamento tan chulo, no inviertan en èl, en equipamiento y limpieza. - Ubicación y Apartamento en sí. Hay muchas personas encargadas, al final no te aclaras a quién le has dicho ésto, a quién le has dicho aquello y encima no entienden mucho el español. Creo que si hay Apartamento en España, deben de tener personal que sepa bien el español ¡! En cuestión de limpieza: el horno, la cafetera, la tostadora, los armarios, platos y demás.........lo tuvimos que limpiar para poder utilizar. El Apartamento no estaba equipado con la ropa de cama de invierno y en 2 habitaciones no había bomba de calor. No había papel higiénico en algún aseo, ni gel de baño, rollo de cocina,....en fin, muy poco equipado ¡! Es un Apartamento muy grande y chulo y es una pena que no inviertan en él ¡!

• Michael (1/5): Bad - Had no flushing toilets for two days. Sewage smells from the drains especially from the laundry which attaches to the kitchen and a bedroom. Cockroaches on the floors. Ants in the cupboards. Only aircon in 3 of the five bedrooms. Army jets flying overhead late at night/early in the morning.
• Jeremy (4/5): Disappointing - Location and price Dirty terraces, very poor towels, not warned that water would be cut off two nights running, Apartment tired. Rental company charges a fee for paying balance by cc which is illegal under European law
• Sue (7/5): We didn’t feel we were on top of each other but a bit of modernisation wouldn’t go amiss - Location near the beach but a bit far away from nice bars etc .Spacious property Limited head height in upstairs rooms. Didn’t get to use outside kitchen as weather bad, but it wasn’t very clean so just as well. Although spacious, it’s a bit tired and could do with a refresh, some of the furniture and fittings broken . Outdoor furniture was dirty . Towels were very thin some nice fluffy ones would be good. Also only half a toilet roll in each room and limited hand soap so had to go and buy lots of which as we were there only only a few days was a bit if a pain.Prebooked travel cots but rep was on his way to collect them when we arrived and no sheets provided for them . Also high chairs only one had straps.
• Tanja (7/5): Roomy apartment on great location. - Location and size perfect for a group of five. Several bedrooms and bathrooms to choose from. Caretaker was very easy to deal with and nice. Upstairs terrace has a nice view, great place to relax The reservation process was the hardest ever with fees being very vaguely expressed when making the reservation. Some of the bedsheets and utensils were downright dirty and/or unwashed. Considering the cleaning fee of 200 euros this was pretty odd.

• Markos (10/5): A very pleasant stay - The location was perfect, right next to the beach, and the key holder Tommy was really friendly and helpful. I stayed there with 9 others and it was very good value for money. The balconies are perfect for the evenings and the apartment is also only a five minute walk from the nice restaurants and shops in the los Alcázares centre. Would definitely recommend for a group travelling to los Alcázares. 2 out of the 5 bedrooms didn’t have air conditioning but it wasn’t a major problem
• Leah (7/5): Good - The apartment was great very well equipped with everything we could need . It was extremely clean and spacious a great space to accommodate our extended family. It was really close to the beach which was amazing with a toddler you could get home so quickly if needed. Unfortunately there was a flight school and planes flew over very regularly it was really noisy and we weren't expecting that. Our toddler was quite upset by the noise and wouldnt sleep or nap if they were flying which was annoying. Also there are no shops near to grab a a few things , there is one but it seems to open very sporadically and was only ice- cream and sweets really , the other shops are 10-15 mins walk away .
