Waar ze van het hotel niets aan kunnen doen, maar niet zo prettig is, is dat pal naast het hotel en om de hoek veel zwervers waren. Maar dat lijkt een groot probleem te zijn in de stad.

- Stephen (9/5): - Great for a one-night business-trip stay. The breakfast was actually something I could eat, even w/ my dietary restrictions. The staff were great and quite helpful. The location is a decent hike from the Convention Center, but makes for a good, brisk morning walk, which is an amenity not to be overlooked in DTLA.

- Zeyneb (10/5): Amazing experience at O Hotel - This was our first time visiting LA and I decided to prefer O Hotel. The location was perfect especially if you want to use subway or busses for transportation. Staff was very veryy friendly!! At the end of the day when we arrived to hotel each day they opened the front door for us and asked if we need anything which feels super comfortable after a long day. They provided us fresh towels and water every day and a continental breakfast which was enough for me Some towels had stains on them

I loved the design and the location was right next to Little Tokyo but cheaper than other hotels in the area. It was a bit smaller than what I had hoped for at the price it was. - steven (4/5): I expected more for what I paid. - When I arrived they put us in a little room with a single bed and it was not a queen bed. I had booked what I thought was a double queen room. They were able to move us to a King room. It was better but the shower door was missing. There was no parking it is another entity and the elevator was broken. I liked that it was close by Dodger statium.
- Ken Andre (1/5): Definitivt ikke verdt pengene!!!! - Beliggenheten Jeg hadde bestilt rom med King-size seng som jeg og min datter skulle dele den første natten vi var i LA fordi de ikke hadde ledige rom med 2 senger. Rommet vi fikk var urent, luktet ikke rent, og man kunne kjenne lukt av urin , vi fikk ikke sove fordi det var veldig mye støy til klokka 04:00 om natten fra en bar eller discotek, kranen i servanten sprutet vann over vegger og gulv når vi brukte den( har tatt video av det), jeg forsøkte å bytte rom men de kunne bare nedgradere dvs at de kun mindre rom og med kun en mindre seng. Frokosten var ikke noe særlig. Definitivt ikke verdt pengene de skal ha for frokost. Jeg reserverte på forhånd og fikk en pris inkl. tax, men ble trukket 25% mer enn hva det stod i reservasjonen. Denne lokasjonen bør ikke være en del av booking.com. Ikke i nærheten av å være verdt pengene sine.

Liten plats för frukosten, men det fanns ett bra basutbud. Lugnt på hotellet och trevlig personal. Många tv-kanaler fanns på rummet. Blev lite varmt på rummet fast vi försökte ställa in ventilationen.
