• Courtney (1/5): Obvious water damage, bedroom smelled damp with visible mold. Beyond disappointing. - The location needs to be updated. Kitchen was not presentable , damaged cabinets, mold and food left in dishwasher. I didn’t feel comfortable using it which left me to hand wash dishes instead the entire vacation. Living room television not usable, would not turn on and hanging on barely to the wall. If you have small kids, safety hazard as mounted tv is not secured to wall. We opted to not use at all with concerns of falling. The 2nd bathroom was not clean with visible mold and ant infestation. Woke up on day 2 to ants all over our items on the counter. The 2nd bedroom has MAJOR mold concerns. Multiple air fresheners were added to the room to camouflage the pungent smell, however it was obvious that there was mold and water damage. Overall I am dissatisfied with the stay. My family and I have stayed at vista cay resorts many times since 2018. I was not expecting to walk into any unit like this, especially seeing as though this was my first vacation in over a year! I left excited to go back home, which is not typical when I leave Vista cay. I will no longer be booking at this resort.

• Orly (10/5): A perfect stay - spacious, comfortable, and incredibly convenient with an amazing host! - We had an awesome stay at this apartment! The location was perfect- just a short walk to the conference center. The layout was ideal, with two separate bedroom areas: one side had two bedrooms with king-sized beds and a full bath, and the other side featured a huge bedroom with a king-sized bed and an even more spacious bathroom. We loved the dining room and also enjoyed meals at the in-kitchen dining table. The kitchen itself was fun to use and well-equipped. The porch was a great bonus - we even caught fireworks from there! Shai, the host, was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was great, hot tub was super fun during the evenings, and parking was easy and convenient. Highly recommend this place! I really liked it all

We couldn't get the door open to the lanai on the first day of arrival, but we got it figured out. conveniently located near Publix, gas stations, Walgreens, and restaurants. Short drive to Disney World and Sea World . Very quite and clean. there apparently some repairs was made on the kitchen sink. front panel of face plate was missing, leaving a large opening where you can see under sink. caulking around sink was not done professionally. tile was severely cracked in front of sink baseboard between living room and bedrooms was discolored, needing paint.

• Dora (1/5): The worst place we’ve ever stayed. - Nothing we were told that the pool was open and it’s under construction. The unit was filthy beds not changed black mold in the bathrooms no sheets- just a fitted sheet and a duvet. Pots and pans were so scratched that the Teflon you could see the silver all the way through it owners were jerks We are actually thinking about contacting an attorney. It says this is a good unit. Only one TV worked. The patio door didn’t work blinds didn’t work. 2 of the Carpets had been shampooed were soaking wet smelled all week. Booking.com needs to be touring these facilities. All the vents were black. No washcloths. Old beach towel. Nothing because I said it above there was nothing good. This unit was the most filthy unit. I spent seven hours and went to Publix and had to buy silverware a couple of pots and pans wash dishes. The unit was not clean when we got there. Carpets were wet. It was disgusting it smelled there was wrappers in one of the beds and the owner said oh we change the bed no they didn’t. Why would there be rappers in there? They lied completely lied. Patio door didn’t work. Hornets nest cracked tile everywhere. Missing cabinet fronts. This should not be rented out to anybody black mold in the bathrooms. Vents were black. Cigarette burns everywhere. The list goes on and on and on, and I have video. The pillows were yellow with no protectors on them. They need to do a better job of maintaining these units, broken cabinets. Broken everything the tile was disgusting. The carpets were disgusting. The mattress in the second larger room was horrendous. This cannot be rented out and we are asking for a complete refund, including our Cleaning deposit because we left it spotless because I cleaned it. They didn’t have to do anything except for make the beds that I washed all the bedding for.

• Diane (10/5): Vista Cay is the place to stay! - The entire place was exceptional! From the location, to the apartment, to the cleanliness, to the comfortability. I loved everything about this place! I had an issue locating the entry to the building, so I had to call through management company, and they were very kind and extremely helpful. My only very minor issue is that there was only one blanket for one of the three beds.

• Swiss (4/5): Host needs to invest more to bring apartment up to proper spec. - Location, club house We have been staying at various Vista Cay apartments for years due to a conference. In this particular case, the apartment was not well maintained. Many things were breaking down or dilapidated. Also cleanliness level was below expectations. For example the master shower had black mildew all over, common supplies were missing, etc
• Josh (10/5): Was perfect walking distance to where we were going. - It was clean, smelt amazing and overall was great. Parking was an issue. Feel that at least there should be at least 1 guaranteed parking spot for your building. Multiple times we had to drop family off and park farther away.

• Victoria (4/5): Disappointing - it was close to our destination the linens were nasty, stains. Shared bathroom had broken toilet seat, the carpet strip going into master was loose and I tripped. It took 3 days of calls/messages and emails to get someone to come change the linens, had there just been some handy we would have done it ourselves. The line s looked to have bodily fluids on them.

The only issue I had was the ac climate control that would reset to 76 every morning, it’s not a big deal but I like to sleep with the ac at low 70’s . Besides that everything was perfect

• Adesh (5/5): Place felt a bit dated. Room cleanliness wasn't up to spec. - Location Room wasn't clean. Middle room bed was dirty. Room door wasn't opening when we reached so I went to the reception desk to be told that they don't handle the property and that it has a private owner. I told them that I booked this through booking.com and it this wasn't Vista Cay and they said yes but they don't handle some of the properties. So I would have to call. I could only have made a WhatsApp call as I'm from a Caribbean island and my phone wasn't on roaming to make a call. They told me to send an email. I did send an email and never got a reply

• Jacob (6/5): Decent but needs better maintenance - The size of the apartment was great for my family of 5. The layout ,decor/ style looked like the pictures .The location was ideal , out of the way , peaceful and close to the attractions we wanted to visit all at the same time. Upon arrival we noticed some pre-existing damage and things that were not cleaned. The refrigerator and freezer was dirty. Very disappointing! We had to clean them both before putting our food in it. There were no top sheets on any of the beds just fitted ones and all the linen seemed soiled and worn out. All the Pillows were flat! We brought our own linen to use due to covid & monkey pox precautions , so we are fine . The livingroom rug was dreadful ! Extremely soiled with an odor and should be replaced immediately! Along with all the other rugs and carpets.It takes away from niceness of the place.The front door was also wonky and made random noises throughout our stay.The door didn't look very secure. Other than normal wear and tear we didn't find nothing else too major. We emailed our concerns along with pre-existing damage we got no response. I recommend speaking with your cleaning company and support staff about their short comings. We would not return.
