• Marcella (3/5): The lack of cleanliness of linens and the bathroom, overdue maintenance of bathroom & kitchen, and obstructed ocean - The host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Easy parking, walking distance to restaurants and mini markets, ocean front with nice balcony. The bathroom needs a makeover. Old amenities, black mold, and a rusted and smelly washer are present. The remote for the AC/heat unit was leaking rust. Kitchen drawers and cabinet doors are broken. Mattresses are missing covers, and sheets and duvet covers have old stains. The ocean view is partially obstructed by an unattractive sewage or hydro facility on the beach. and smelly washer.

• Thomas (5/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr nah am Strand gelegen. Ein klarer Pluspunkt. Auch der Vermieter war zumindest bemüht zu helfen und die Mängel abzustellen. Ein weiterer klarer Pluspunkt war der Preis der Unterkunft. Leider funktionierte in dem Zimmer fast gar nichts. Der Fernseher war defekt. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nur mit Unterstützung. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sehr abgewohnt.

• Justyna (10/5): Super apartament i wspaniały pobyt. - Wspaniały widok, można godzinami siedzieć i patrzeć w morze. Szybkie zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Plusem jest podziemny garaż. Brak lampki nocnej, wszędzie tylko światło górne.

• Antonino (7/5): - Wir waren außerhalb der Saison in Shëngjin, was für uns sehr angenehm war. Kozma ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal direkt am Meer. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend und mit Waschmaschine perfekt für uns gewesen, da wir schon etwas länger unterwegs waren.

• Kata Rina (8/5): it was ok for one night - - we got a bigger apartment than we ordered - host was good available over the phone and friendly to us - parking spot in the basement - a bit strange vibe - the apartment didnt have pretty simple stuff like bed linen or toilet paper, so we were a bit surprised how shall we sleep or go to the toilet - the apartment was more or less clean inside, but still you had the inpression that it is dirty e.g. headrest of the bed or dust bins, the doors were hard to close, somehow all looked quite new but was very shabby/broken - as two young girls we somehow didnt feel very safe / comfortable

• Sasa (10/5): 10+ - The host is incredibly hospitable. We arrived very late, around midnight, he waited us and he told us to rest in the morning and not to rush, regardless of when check out is. We haven't experienced this anywhere, and it meant a lot to us.
• Betim (10/5): Perfect Family Stay with Stunning Sea View - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Shengjin with our family. The place truly has everything you need, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, the bedroom is very cozy, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The living room is spacious and perfect for relaxing together. And the balcony… that’s the real highlight! The view is absolutely amazing, right in front of the sea. It honestly feels like you can reach out and touch the waves. On top of that, the owner is incredibly friendly, understanding, and always available if needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

• Éva (10/5): - Az apartman tiszta és felszerelt volt. Pazar kilátással a tengerre. A szállás adó rendkívűl kedves és segítőkész. Négyen tartozkodtunk a szálláson 2 gyerek és 2 felnött kényelmesen elfértünk. Közelben rengeteg bolt,árus, éttermek,sétány. Nem tudok negatívumot írni.

The view alone is worth every penny—it’s breathtaking and made every morning special. The apartment itself was spotless, with all the amenities you could need, and it was such a relief to have a reserved parking spot right on site. Being beachfront was a huge plus, making it easy to enjoy the beach whenever we wanted. The host Kozmai was outstanding—so welcoming and always available if we needed anything. The staff at the complex were incredibly kind and helpful, and having a restaurant with fresh, affordable food right in the building was a fantastic convenience. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! -
