Guest (1/5): - De locatie was helemaal prima Toen wij weer thuis waren op zondag kregen 2 mensen die met mij mee waren opeens heel veel bultjes op hun lichaam, we vermoedden sterk dat dit van bedwantsen is gekomen. Toen ik vervolgens contact wilde zoeken met de mensen van het appartement leek het in eerste instantie dat ze er alles aan zouden doen om de situatie op de te helderen alleen ik heb er vervolgens de rest van de week elke dag achteraan een berichtje moeten sturen zonder een reactie... Ik weet niet zo goed wat ik moet doen nu, we waren veel geld kwijt aan het stomen en het ervoor zorgen dat wij geen bedwantsen in de huizen zouden krijgen en er is geen contact met de mensen van het appartement te vinden. Ik ben hier totaal niet tevreden over en ik weiger me op deze manier te laten behandelen. Ik laat het hier niet bij zitten!

Samson (1/5): Terrible experience, will not come back. - There's no breakfast. Location is not bad. The shower clogged the first time, they put a stage lighting in the bedroom that blinds my eyes. I told them the issue and was ignored. Wrote them multiple messages on whatsup and they (purposely) didn't respond to any of them. It got very cold night so I asked for a bigger blanket, the message was once again ignored. Basically don't expect them to do anything for you. Once you moved in, you're on your own. They won't lift a finger for you.
