• Lynne (4/5): Overall it was convenient for us but would never stay there again. - Location was great, next door to the free train that connected us to everything we needed. Property was very spacious. No kettle, no washing basket or clothes drying rack when property description stated there was. Waited 3 days for an ironing board. Some staff were very rude, the morning coffee servers were particularly unfriendly. We heard the security guard threaten a patron after he accidently knocked him when passing. He told him he would beat the F *** out of him if he did it again.

Big walk in shower, always with hot water & good water pressure. Big fridge with ice making machine. Great location for Bayside nightlife. Lovely Bobe cafe for bagels etc outside next to apartment block Great location for Uber pick-ups Could get into the TV stations, but not a big issue. Would have liked a non slip mat in shower as quite slippy on the tiles-mentioned to host on our departure.

• Laurent (10/5): Si vous découvrir le cœur de Miami , dans le confort et avec des espaces sportifs comme détente, c’est l’endroit idéal - La localisation, à pied comme en transport (métro aérien avec vues splendides au coeur de Miami « gratuit » ) facile d’accès quand véhiculé et parkings à proximité à des tarifs interessants (à partir de 15$ /24h). Le logement est de très bonne qualité, parfaitement équipé et bien insonorisé. Accès privé à un espace sportif complet avec de très nombreux équipements de qualité . Et en terrasse, La piscine chauffée ainsi que le grand bain chaud à remous.

Kleiner Supermarkt wo man das nötigste erhält war sehr angenehm. Unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort fragte immer nach ob noch was benötigt wird bzw wir noch Hilfe benötigen. Unser Zimmer nach dem Motto Japan war nicht so schön. Aber das ist Geschmacksache.

• Sir Chris (8/5): Will stay again - The apartment it self was great in a wonderful location, the host was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Cheap metal bed frame (mattress was good) and other metal table/bar leaner etc still with the sticker numbers on it from assembly (very low class) There was actually no jug in the apartment (not sure how that slipped through the pre check) also no tea towels and also unwashed plates etc in the dishwasher..

• BEN (4/5): Allez ailleurs ! - La residence est sympa, tres bien placé prés de Bayside market, si vous n etes pas véhiculé il n’y a que la ou sortir le soir de plus proche et vivant. Il y a une grande piscine et un jacuzzi immense sur le toit , egalement une supérette accessible 24/24 en libre service. Le studio est sympa et fonctionnel. Il y a un « manager » qui s’occupe de l’intendance avec qui vous communiquez sur whatsapp, il n’est pas très compétent il faut toujours le relancer ! A l’arrivée pas de vue sur mer comme promis sur l’annonce, mais vu sur la ville. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas on a du insister pour avoir celui de la résidence car apparemment la box de l’appartement ne fonctionnait pas. Ensuite coupure de courant pendant 24h, plus d’eau chaude, plus de lumière ! Place de parking annoncé 25 dollars sur booking , facturée 45 dollars, sans raison valable, il vous dira qu’il est juste manager et non propriétaire a chaque problème ! Cerise sur le gateau apres respecter a la lettre ses indications pour la place de parking, 55 euros d’amende de stationnement ! Franchement trouvez vous un hotel plutot qu’une residence ca vous coutera moins cher, verifiez juste que vous ayez une cafetière et un petit frigo dans la chambre et voila ca fera largement l’affaire pour moins cher, je ne vous recommande absolument pas cette residence !

• Cäcilia (8/5): Ganz schön, aaaaber..... - Das Apartment war sauber und die Größe völlig ok. Der Pool-Bereich war sauber und der Pool groß genug, um Bahnen zu ziehen. Schön auch der Whirlpool. Das Apartment hat Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt einen Mini-Selfservice-Supermarkt. Die Lage des Apartments im 22. Stock ist eigentlich gut, aaaaber: Die Aussicht aufs Wasser ist nur seitlich schmal vorhanden, da direkt davor ein neuer Wolkenkratzer gebaut wird. Dadurch also nicht nur Sichtbehinderung, sondern auch Baulärm. Ebenso kann die Sonne deshalb erst etwa ab Mittag den Pool erreichen. Auf dem kleinen Balkon kann man sich kaum aufhalten, da der Baulärm tagsüber und zusätzlich sehr laute Lüftungen/Klimaanlagen rund um die Uhr nerven. Das Apartment selber ist sehr hellhörig und bei der Ausstattung haben wir ein paar Dinge zu kritisieren: es gab wenige Gläser, nur 1 Tee-/Kaffeelöffel, kein Geschirrtuch, pro Person nur 2 Handtücher, so dass die Waschmaschine sehr häufig genutzt werden musste. Das Bett ist ok, leider gab es auf einer Seite weder einen Tisch noch eine Lampe. Leider gibt es kein einziges bequemes Sitzmöbel, weder drinnen noch auf dem Balkon. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für uns nicht stimmig.

• Alexis61 (9/5): Pohodlné ubytování u přístavu - Ubytování je vysoká budova v podstatě bez označení, rozhodně bez názvu, který je na Bookingu. Ubytovatel poslal foto budovy a vchod, takže jsme to našli, ale popravdě očekávala jsem podle prezentace na Bookingu spíše hotel. Check-in probíhal přes mobil, kódy a schránku na klíče, i když bezproblémově. Ale to odlidštění mi docela vadí, zvlášť když toto ubytování není zrovna nejlevnější. Snídani jsme neměli. V přízemní hale je jakási kavárna, dělají výbornou kávu. Na snídani jsme chodili do vedlejší budovy do útulného bistra, i když cena za kafe a míchaná vejce nám přišla docela závratná, ale Amerika prostě už není, co bývala. Pokoj byl v 22. patře, pohodlný a čistý. Výhled na staveniště, z balkónu bylo možné na boku zahlédnout řeku nebo záliv. V 18. patře byl střešní bazén, pěkný, ale bohužel za našeho pobytu v Miami byla nepříjemná zima, takže jsme ho nevyužili. Tzv. recepce by měla být směrem od vchodu lépe označená. Jedná se o relativně malý stolek s jedním pánem, nenápadně umístěný v zadní části rušné haly. Že je to recepce, jsem pochopila až asi 3. den, když jsem si všimla z kavárny nenápadného nápisu. Nicméně vše probíhalo online, ten pán byl zřejmě jen na rady apod. To stejné budova - u vchodu by mělo být stejné označení, jakým se ubytování prezentuje na Bookingu.

• Ashley (9/5): It was a wonderful stay in a central area with an amazing host and we would definitely stay again! - The rooms were really nice and had everything we needed. It also included a beautiful roof top patio with a pool, hot tub, grills, many work out facilities and a commissary to grab basics. Enzo the property manager was EXTREMELY helpful and made our stay wonderful with how responsive he was and accommodating us with an early arrival! The only thing that was an inconvenience was that the walls were thin and we could hear the neighbors and construction going on outside.

One reason for booking was to utilize the roof top spa and pool... Both pool and spa were so cold they were unusable. Not trying to drop personal booking rating but need to alert customers about pool status when booking.

Roupas de camas muito confortáveis. Apto muito moderno, tudo novo, tem shampoo, condicionador e sabonete liquido e outras comodidades. Tem máquina de lavar roupa e secadora. Camas de casal um pouco pequenas para dormir duas pessoas. Já que tem maquinas de lavar roupas deveria ter sabão para lavar as roupas, pois o hospede nem sabe qual sabão comprar.

Still waiting on my refund! - We had previously stayed in the building that this particular apartment was in, so we liked the overall property, and the location. There was a barista in the commons area and lots of seating. It is directly across the street from Miami Dade College. Walking distance to Bayside. The apartment that was rented to us, was said to have sea view. Upon walking in, the view you see are other buildings and noises from construction. Upon walking in we smell a stench in the air, it was horrible. We walked around the room to find out what it was. I went into the bathroom the toilet had been used and not flushed, the floors were dirty, then I went to the balcony area to see if there was a sea view. It wasn’t, unless you bend over the railing a little, to see a sliver of the water between the buildings. At the opening area of the door was a puddle of urine, that obviously had been there for a while because the scent was so strong. The sofa had white marks on it, and the floors had not been cleaned at all. The bed was at least made, but was it clean? We contacted the responsible person for this apartment, and he said that the owner was in Spain, and he was trying to contact them. We asked for a full refund, we notified him that we were not going to stay in the apartment and he agreed to the full refund, verbally. We turned the key in and let him know we had vacated the apartment. We have not heard from him since.

• #Alexs (4/5): - The owners of the apartment are openly deceiving customers by posting photos that do not correspond to reality! They use photos of the same building, only from much higher floors! They are concealing the fact that the view from the windows of their apartment is directly onto a blank concrete wall (the apartment is on the 9th floor). It seems that living below the 12th floor in this building is not comfortable at all! In addition, there is a metro tram running directly below the apartment windows. There is also a construction site for two large buildings nearby (and it looks like it will be there for a long time). It feels like you are living in a concrete well, where no sunlight gets in and it is very noisy around the clock. The walls are like cardboard, there is practically no sound insulation at all! You can even hear the neighbors upstairs going to the bathroom. The apartment looked attractive in the pictures, but in reality it turned out to be very small and, moreover, poorly cleaned. Dust and remnants of the previous tenants' lives were under two beds. We tried to cancel the rental immediately after check-in, but the owners simply did not respond.

• Cindy (10/5): Voyage en famille avec un bébé - Nous avons séjourné en couple avec notre bébé de 11 mois et tout s’est très bien passé. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait, les équipements aussi : la machine à laver et le sèche-linge ont été très utiles avec un bébé. La piscine est très agréable et l’appartement, propre et spacieux, a permis à notre enfant de ramper partout en sécurité. Dans l’ensemble, un excellent séjour ! Seul petit bémol : il n’y avait pas de possibilité de laisser nos bagages le jour du départ en attendant notre vol.

• Sascha (3/5): Falsche Versprechungen ! - Die Lage war zentral und somit in Ordnung. Das Apartment war mit Doppelbett und Schlafcouch angepriesen. Darüber hinaus wurde dem potenziellen Gast ein unverbauter Blick auf den Bayside Marketplace suggeriert. Die Realität sah anders aus. Die Schlafcouch war als solche nicht zu gebrauchen. 165cm Liegelänge nebst Flecken und Löchern. Dazu hatte man noch einen Balken im Kreuz, der Rückenschmerzen am nächsten Morgen garantiert hätte. Der Blick auf den Bayside Marketplace wurde zum Großteil durch ein Hochhausbau-Projekt blockiert. Den dazugehörigen Baulärm gab es als Bonus obendrauf. Um das Ganze abzurunden, gab es noch Flecken auf dem vermeintlich frischen Bettbezug. Genanntes Kaffee- und Teezubehör suchte man vergeblich. Der Manager des Apartments hätte zwar eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Luftmatratze vorbeigebracht, aber dann hörte es mit dem Entgegenkommen auch schon auf. Zugegeben auch etwas dürftig für den Preis. Hätten wir Wert auf diese Umstände gelegt, hätten wir das Ganze auch für weniger als $950 (für drei Nächte) haben können. Schlussendlich haben wir die für uns unzureichende Schlafsituation so gelöst, dass wir im selben Gebäude ein weiteres Apartment mit den gleichen Abmessungen und einer besseren Ausstattung für weniger als die HÄLFTE des Preises ($470 für drei Nächte) gebucht haben. Der Eigentümer der Unterkunft zeigte bisher keinerlei Bereitschaft zu einer Einigung. Abzocke ! Finger weg !
